I paid 33 thousand dollars cash for a camper and I want it bought back it's a horrible camper tons or problems worst work iv ever seen have screws in couch not even put in crack n shower .and tons of other problems water leak . And all this was like this when I pulled it off lot . I want a full refund and my 3 k warrenty as well please help me this is worst made travel trailer iv ever seen. Please help I need a lawyer and I don't wanna take it that far it's a 2021************** .just help me please. I didn't pay 30 k cash for a pill a bolts that aren't even n my camper. Floor has water damage and NOOOO NOTHING I DID it's squeaked since I bought it.i JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK PLEASE HELPBusiness response

Since I first purchased the palomino pop up camper in may of this year the roof lifter jacks have kept failing and so the camper remains in the ******** rv shop. While palomino does accept that this is warrantee work we are now into late July I have been calling and emailing palomino for part shipping information. Last phone call I made to palomino on Monday July 19 said part would go out in 2-3 days. Now it's Friday July 19, no one answers phone and there is no mention of parts shipping yet. This is a summer use thing and I am now looking at getting camper back just in time to put it away for the winter. Between the ******** rv and palomino mfg I am not treated as a valuable customer. When no one responds to me ideas of the worst case scenario go through my mind . I spend $15000 for a fun experience that has turned into a night mare. Palomino says they don't deal with retail cutomers, and ******** says they need parts so I am absolutely ignored...please help me resolve this.Business response

Consumer Response /* (3000, 11, 2021/09/07) */ I have filed a complaint earlier against palamino to get a part ship to********* rv to fix the warrantee problem on my rv. Now however the warrantee manager Brian H****** tells me that they are going to ship the part in another week or so. However , he has fears that this part is not the problem. I bought this rv new in may and it has not worked since day one and now in almost august this part is not fixing it. I Don't want a flawed and reworked rv. I bought a new rv I want a new rv replacement. Something is wrong and they can't fix it... Business Response /* (4000, 13, 2021/09/15) */ We are working with the dealership to resolve this customer's complaint. The actual problem is that the lift arms can be allowed to overextend. This would cause the canvas to seem not to fit. The RV is usable if the lift arms are not over-extended.
