Got an estimate for fence repair and put down a deposit of half the cost on July 22nd. Was told **** weeks time. Finally scheduled job for Thursday October 6th. Texted **** the salesman and was told they would be out the next day due to delay on previous job. No show on Friday to start the fence. Called and text **** with no response. Monday 10/10 **** text that they were finishing up job and we were next. No call back that day or Tuesday 10/11. Called the office and spoke to assistant and she said our fence was not installed because of part delay. She then stated they would be out Thursday 10/13 or Friday 10/14 to install. They did not show up and I called the office and she said they would be out today 10/15 to install and they again did not show and the office is closed so there is no one to call. Please help us get the job completed that we have already paid 50% for.

I'm not sure why Mr. ********* would leave a review asking for BBB assistance in getting his repair complete when the salesman **** & our receptionist answered his phone call each time he called. **** explained to ******************** on Weds the 12th that we were delayed because of rain & we completed his work on the following Monday the 16th. Since that time we have also at no charge adjusted his neighbors gate & went back to ******************** to adjust his gate. We are a reputable company located in Chesterfield, ** in a ****** sq foot manufacturing facility and can be reached via phone, email, office visit etc....at any time. ******************** suggesting we were dodging his phone calls in an attempt to avoid doing his work is absolutely not true.
