I got a replacement part for the heating element for my dryer and a water filter for my refrigerator. Not only were the parts exactly what I needed, but the prices were unbeatable, and the installation guides available on their website made the *** process a breeze.

I needed to replace the socket for the halogen lamp (that would shine on the stove top) on a Whirlpool trimline under-the-cupboard mounted microwave. The socket crumbled when I pulled out the blown out halogen lamp. I could not find the part I needed on their website so I called them and was instructed that they didn't just sell the socket that I had to order the whole wireharness with the socket in it - so I did. Well, the wire harness was a huge amount of wires and other items but DID NOT include the socket. Since I order it (via their instructions on what part to order) on their website they will not pay the return shipping (claim now that they only would have done that IF I ORDERED it via the call I made). These SCAMMERS say "we will pay for return shipping if the return is a result of our error" but alas that is a flat out lie! DO NOT TRUST THEM to give you correct info or stand behind their "return shipping" policy.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!I have used them in the past and it's been great.BUT I recently ordered an oven door gasket and they sent me the wrong item.I called them to tell them I needed a refund and paid the shipping back.$14.95 ***** they say it cost $11.95 WRONG!The lady on the phone said she would order the correct seal.WRONG seal again I called them and they said since I ordered the seal on my own online, no refund of shipping?So, I'm going to be out $14.95 shipping cost for the first order.maybe I will receive the second order shipping?

Disappointing service. Customer rep just cut the call when he didn't know the answer my question. So irritating!

I should have research before buying anything from RepairClinic.Com. Live Chat agent ***** wouldn't let me cancel an order made within a 20 min. time frame. I was given an excuse of I passed the 15 min time limit BS. A shipping label was already created ********** should wait for it to get delivered then return it & pay for the return shipping.

THERE IS ZERO LIVE OR CHAT ACTUAL TECH SUPPORT AVAILABLE! The chat link says "Our customer care specialists are available to chat with you live and help you address any problems you have" If you click on the link the first response you receive is a disclaimer that says there is not chat tech help available and all they can help you with is model information and order status. If you go to the call link you hear a recording that informs you there is no tech support available and to search their website for helpful videos. In our case we had an unusual problem that the new parts did not resolve and it took paying a service tech to come out and really fix the issue.If there was a zero rating button I would of scored them this way.

I typed the range hood model number and Repairclinic popped up a filter looking like the one that fits my range hood. I ordered it and paid shipping and handling total more than $50 for range hood filter. When it arrived, the filter is much smaller than the one I needed. I called to return but they told me to pay the shipping again. Not sure if they would refund me, but it is misleading that their website presents something look-alike but make the money off you, then hoping you don't return or find a reason not to refund you. It's definitely a scam going on.

Let me add another 1 star review to the pile. Their 24x7 phone number is a joke. The first time I called at 11pm on a Saturday, I was on hold for 45 minutes before I could speak to someone. The second time I called at 2pm on a weekday, and was on hold for over 30 minutes before I could speak to someone. I ordered a main control board for my refrigerator. The first one they sent me caused my ice maker to stop working. I put my old board back in, and my ice maker started working. The board they sent me was replaced under "warranty". The replacement board they sent out was not a new part. The factory seal had been opened and the box had been retaped shut. I again requested for a replacement part. I was told that a new part would again be sent to me. Three days later, I received an email stating I had requested for the order to be cancelled. I did not request for the part to be cancelled.The first time I called, I was transferred to the manager's voicemail (*******) since he was the one who had cancelled the order. I left a message, and was not called back. Today, I tried calling him. I didn't have an extension number, so I requested that information when I got someone on the phone. They refused to give me his extension number or his email address. I was told that the information was provided at the discretion of the person on the phone. I asked to be transferred to their supervisor, and I was told that it was up to their discretion whether or not to transfer me to a supervisor.I WAS a customer for the better part of 10 years up until today. I will now be going out of my way to make sure that nobody I speak to gives RepairClinic.Com any business. Now I see why, as of today, they only have a **** star rating.

You take my money quick enough, but try sending something back? It's like pulling teeth from a rabid squirrel! Forms, hoops, delay until I wanna scream! And forget a refund, they'll give you store credit in Monopoly money!
