On Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 8am I received an unsolicited call from Swift Home Loans (Company NMLS: *******). The agent told me on the phone they could provide me with a better rate. I told the agent to email me with their quote and I would review it. The agent on the phone asked for some basic information, including my social security number, to verify I was the person they were talking to. After some back and forth with the agent via text message, the agent started requesting personal documents and information to provide me with a quote. I declined as I have received other mortgage quotes without providing this information. The lender then pulled my credit score without my consent. When I confronted the lender about this, they stopped replying to me. I tried calling the agent, but was sent to voicemail. Later that afternoon, I received an email from Swift Home Loans to sign mortgage documents that I had requested. I sent two emails on Tuesday, February 25th indicating I did not request these signature documents and did not give consent to have my credit pulled. I have not heard back from the company and when I try to call the agents number, it goes straight to voicemail.

Good afternoon, we submitted a request to our credit repository to have the inquiry removed. There is a bit of a process that takes place in order for that to happen, and I had advised that I would follow up with you once we had it resolved. We did contact the credit agency and are working on getting this taken care of for you and will follow up with the next steps.

    Thank you,

Swift Home Loans has been representing me for a home loan refinance. My Loan Officer, Mr. ******* ********, NLMSL: *******, informed me that my loan was being subcontracted through ********************* and was in underwriting. He asked for additional documentation which was provided and then Mr. ******** stopped responding to all communication via Email, Phone calls, and text messages. When attempting to get additional information from ***************, they would only refer me to the Loan Officer, who is again Mr. ******* ********. Throughout the entire loan process he has been extremely unresponsive and as of this writing as still not responded to my inquiry requests for information.

Good morning, we are in receipt of your complaint and have contacted the title company to advise us on which checks were mailed and if there are tracking numbers they can provide. Based on your closing documents, you should have received a check of $6,214 to pay off your Apple Card and a check for $20,245 to be paid to Fnb of *****. It appears that some of the copies of checks you received were intended for another person as the amounts on those checks don't match what you were supposed to receive. We will respond again once we get additional information from the title company.

1/9/25 I have been working with this company for going on 3 weeks. They called me at the end of my loan process with Rocket mortgage and said they could give me a lower rate. I questioned from the first day if they were trustworthy and easy to work with. I was asked a multitude of questions about the deal I had with rocket and after answering ******* knew where we stood. He knew from day one I already had my appraisal completed with rocket and the rate and amounts I was to recieve. He says he could do me one better. He told me to send over documentation such as my dl, paystubs, letter from my employer and a pdf copy of my appraisal which I did. He then started running number days later and we worked out the perfect numbers paying off my car and a small loan as well as money to do some fixes to my home. Days went by and I got called by **** asking for paystubs. I let him know I had sent them but that I was sick and not at work to get him copies but that I already provided him to *******. We had several conversations about not having documents and bad communication between them. I finally spoke to ******* last week and again this week basically like hey what's going on can you let me know what's going on. I explained to ******* that I was trying to replace my carpet as well as he said I would get the money back for appraisal I let him know I was limited to what I gain my account for that. He said they would take care of it and take it out of the loan. I was told many times don't worry about it. I have been told since last week I'm good to go. At that time I removed some carpeting to get ahead of the game as I want to get new carpet installed. I was told by ******* as well and **** two days ago that all is well after some confusion about release of the appraisal from Rocket. At that time I was told I needed to pay for it. I told them I had $250 I could pay. Today I am being told that I can not get this loan until repairs are made. No rocket dis not require this.

In October '24 I paid Swift Home Loans about $9,000 to assist me with a refinance that included the updating of the title document for my home. The title was NOT updated; Swift Home Loans admits this was due to an internal error on their part, but they have made no offer to refund me and of the monies that I paid for this service. I was told via email on 12/6/24 that Swift cannot resolve the issue and I will have to get a lawyer to assist.I was told on 12/9/24 that my loan officer (****** **********) would contact me soon with a resolution.1/6/24 - I reached out to ****** and **** ******** via phone and email to follow up since I had not heard back.1/8/25 - I reached out to ****** and **** via phone to follow up since I had not heard back.1/8/25 - I reached out to Swift Home Loans main number to follow up since I had not heard back. I was told via phone that the issue could be resolved with an email link although I might have to pay a fee.1/8/25 - Instead of a link I was sent a map to my local county office and told that I would need to fill out the title docs, pay for a notary, and visit my county office in person to resolve the updated title issue because there is nothing more that Swift can do to update the title post close.

Swift Home Loans refinanced my mortgage and when they sent in the final payoff it did not account for the month of August making me responible for the payment of $2100. According to the contract with them, since I was not charged for the month of August, the intrest for that payment was added to the end of my new loan making me responsible for a double charge. I have contacted them repeatedly and they are refusing to return any of my emails, phone calls and text messages. I have documents stating my case and have verified information with the old mortgage company. I am also currently living paycheck to paycheck. Please help!

Somehow Swift Home Loans got my contact information a few months back, requesting I consider taking an IRRL with them. Multiple times during phone calls and texts, they've ask me to consider, which the conversation concludes with me not wanting any business from them. It's getting to a point where they're calling daily to a point where it could be considered harassment. If this is how Swift Home Loans conducts prospecting potential clients, they need to fire their business operations director. It's inappropriate to continually call and text people that DO NOT WANT TO ENGAGE IN BUSINESS WITH YOUR COMPANY! No means no, and that's has to be it. If you can't take a hint, then take this complaint as a constant reminder that you cannot repeatedly texting and calling someone from different phone numbers asking if they've changed their minds. It's unethical and morally incorrect for a business to continue these sales practices. Even if I would get a lower rate from Swift Homem Loans, I still wouldn't enter into any agreement with them, because their operations do not consider other people's standings and decisions. If they're not considerate of my decisions, then they'll won't be considerate in contracts. No means no, Swift Home Loans.

Did a refi with them last year had another setup to close 4/29/24 and on that day they said they didn't lock in the rate from a month earlier. I ended up paying $188 in late fees and lost our refi because they didn't do their f****** job.
