I just ordered 12 bottles of Vision Alive. Everyone of those bottles has an American flag titled "Made In *******". Yet my credit card statement has Hong Kong as origin and I was charged an International Transfer Fee. This is unacceptable. Worse yet - it is deceptive and fails to meet "truth in advertising". If Holistic Labs lies about this - what else are they lying about? Can they be trusted? Read my lips - "I will NOT buy edibles from ***** nor from a company that deceives their customers !!!" I emailed the company to get to the bottom of this and I never got a response! Holistic Labs just lost me as a customer. I'll find an American Made eye vitamin. I don't trust this company at all!!Review from Carol M

Just ordered from Holistic Health Labs for Osteo Alive. Upon ordering, I received a phone call from the fraud department of my bank asking if I made this purchase. I confirmed that I did. In checking my bank statement today, I find a charge for an additional $1.28 for an ATM or POS (foreign currency) on my statement. There were two charges posted on my statement prior to this one that were similar. I inquired of the fraud department what the charges were and was told that the HK was made to Hong Kong. I was shocked. The video online was very persuasive and this bogus Laura Lindsey doesn't exist. Now I am out $45.92 and I cannot cancel the order. I'm not sure if this is a scam or phishing. I don't trust anything ingestible from China. I did not order the multiple bottles, only one. I thought it was strange that it will take so long to receive it also. Who made this $$ deduction from Hong Kong?? I may never know. Holistic Health Labs will never tell.

These people are crooks. Their guaranty is worthless. They tell you it takes 4-8 weeks to realize the benefits their product (Joints Alive) but if it doesn't work the guaranty expires and they won't refund your $$. They are scam artists and crooks.Holistic Labs Ltd Response

Please do your own research before buying from this company. They are HQ'ed in China (but claim HQ in the USA) and are experts at optimizing their advertising to convince you to buy from them. Here's what I found with my research: - On their website, they show a photo of a blonde woman and say her name is " Laura Lindsey" and she is the director with 20 years of experience. Google image search her photo - that is a stock photo used widely across 100s of websites. Try looking up " Laura Lindsey" by name and you won't find any proof this person exists or has 20 years of experience. - They have testimonials from doctors. I confirmed first hand that they pay doctors for these testimonials and provide scripts. - They have testimonials from customers. I confirmed first hand as well from a customer who left a heartfelt long message about how they were healed that they were incentivized to leave this and regretted doing it as they didn't see any results as they had claimed. Please know this information before you read their claims, and only buy based on your research of the ingredients. I did this research as my mother needed to have eye surgery and based on their videos she believed this would cure her - which would have put her at risk for being blind. This research of mine helped us make an informed decision to no longer buy from this company. I leave this review not to harm the company but to help those they are lying to. (@Holistic Health Labs - please update your website to the truth about who runs your company and who has made these vitamins and what experience they have!) Also I left a pseudo name as I do not want this company targeting me but my mother and father are both customers.
