      I sent in my used transmission that was still covered under warranty that failed/burnt up in June of 2022 & was told I would have a replacement in **** business days. Ive dealt with ************ since then. To this day, I still dont have a transmission or refund. ***** told me they scrapped my ****** I sent in because it was burnt up. *** been told excuse after excuse after excuse. A few are as follows: Business is going down. We are slammed. I am doing it all by myself because ********* in anymore. I got busy and forgot. I am trying so please work with me. So many more excuses over the last 7 months !!! Well 8 months later convos are gettin more intense when it comes to the subject of when and where my transmission is. So ***** told me last Monday he shipped one out to me but R&L carriers lost the slip with tracking info on it so he couldnt provide tracking. I contacted him today he said it must have gotten lost and he will resend another one. I called R&L carriers myself and they looked up any shipments from his zip to my zip and NOTHING came up in their system. Today ***** told me he would ship out anotherone , havent heard from his since he sent me a photo of a shipping slip that he filled out. I called R&L and nothing is in their system for pickup from his zip to mine. I feel like this guy / company has done this for so Long and to so many people we need to come together and stop this man from doing this to innocent people. We have waited 8 months for a transmission or refund and still nothing. Please BBB help stop these fraudulent acts against these innocent customers including myself.

      I purchased a transmission for a 97 ***** Silverado k1500 Extended Cab 5.0L Automatic on 8/26/20 for $1148 and the acct number they gave me was order #*******'ve sent dozens of email,left dozens of voicemails and I've never received one response. On 2/14/21 I actually had someone answer the phone and a lady put me thru to a man who told me that the ****** would b sent out the next day (2/15/21) and that I would receive it by 3/1/21.nothing I've requested a refund sent to my PayPal or Venmo acct which is this email.nothing. Could u please help me get my money back .? Thank you

      Ordered a transmission in August 2021, paid for over the phone - $849. Transmission was due to ship within a week. Ordered and paid for transmission over the phone. Called 10+ times, left messages, no response. Filed a dispute with my bank in August since we never received the transmission and no response from company after our calls. Our bank has been trying to reach this company since August with no response either. This company is a scam and fraudulent.

      So I bought a transmission from this company about 3 years ago and I bought it with a 3 year warranty. My transmission went out around August of 2021. So I got in contact with them and they told me that the company had went under do to covid. Or was bought out. They told me they would fix my transmission but sadly since they went under I had to pay for the shipping. So I shipped my transmission to them at the end of August for $350. I was in contact with a man named ***** until the end of November. He told me his company was struggling to hold on and to get back in contact with him around the new year. He had been pulling me around for months but I understood his business was failing. I didn't contact him at all in December but once January came around I've done nothing but try to contact @ ********** with nothing. This was one heck of a warranty. I'm out 350 bucks and my transmission. Please Help!

      On 11/12/2021 I spoke with a sales rep named k**** from A TRANSMISSION, a sister company to GOT ALL AUTO PARTS, that claimed to have the transmission in stock, ready to ship and that I needed needed to pay him for the product using a money transfer app called Cash App once he sent the invoice to me as well as TQL SHIPPING will be contacting me for a shipping quote. A couple hours later I get a legitimate looking invoice and proceeded to pay the amount. The shipper calls me and gives me a quote over the phone and says he will send the invoice over as soon as possible. I don’t hear anything back and assume I will hear something the following week. On monday I call TQL to get a status on my shipping quote and the guy I had spoken to the previous week demeanor had changed and seemed very reluctant to work with me, but he said he would sent the quote asap. Again, I dont recieve anything that day. Tuesday I call K**** at Atrans and he says to hold tight, that he will contact TQL and that the part is there waiting to be picked up. Again, I dont hear anything the rest of the day and I will call him back on Wednesday. Today is Wednesday and I try calling him, the phone number has been disconnected/I had been blocked. I try to email him with the email provided in the invoice to no avail. I proceed to look up information on this particular business and EVERY SINGLE REVIEW from a REAL person said that K**** from A Transmission had stolen money from them in some way or another. I can’t believe this person (K****) had been doing this for so many years and nothing has been done about it, despite the amount of people he has stolen from. PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS FRAUDSTER.

      This is the second time I have complained about this company and after about 2 years there has been no change. I purchased a transmission for $1000 with 5 yr warranty. Received ****** however after a short period of time it quit working. I called them and they said they would get another one to me. I continuously called them and was only repeatedly lied to once was even given false tracking numbers. The last time I spoke with them they said they were working on it and they would get back to me, it's been several months and I have heard nothing. No emails or phone calls. I reached out to them on there business chat informing them that I want my money back. I have tried to be understanding and patient but after such a long period of time and no positive effort to rectify this problem by them. I just want them to return my money so I can be done with them. They kept my money and never sent replacement ****** either and obviously they are fine with their actions. I really hope you can help me cuz they have pushed me into a corner and I feel the only other option I will have is to get a lawyer. I really don't want to However I will if that's what it takes for them to realize that they are basically stealing from innocent people that put their trust in them. Thank you ***************************
