      I purchase 3 cans of pringles, my son really loves them. My son notices on the cans, there is a promo for free 350 mine coins for Minecraft. So for my son, I submitted the required paperwork and filled out the form to get the mine coins for all three cans, We should have recived in 72 hours 1050 coins. I followed it the instructions to a tee.I got an email the first time I submitted, stating that the receipt was not unreadable. Not sure how that would happen it was a very clear picture, that their system captured perfectly. So I submitted the second time, for all three cans. And like clock work, I get an email saying the same thing.After doing a little research, It seems that this is a scam by this company, and very rarely do Kellanova pay out the promotions. We like the product (not sure if I will be purchasing this product again due to this issue), but when a company runs a promotion and the consumer follows the required steps, then the company should pay out the promotion. My son is 8 years old and it ***** trying to explain why this company is making it very difficult get the promo reward.

      We purchased 6 boxes of Eggo frozen pancakes back in Nov. 2023. We found that the eggs used were not cooked and had a rotten smell upon opening the package. I contacted Kellanova on 11/29/23 and was advised by ****** that a reimbursement check for $24 would be sent to be received within 4-6 wks. no later than 1/10/24. I offered to send photos of the tainted products as well as the box reflecting the **** They were all from the same lot #. ****** advised it was not necessary. He provided case #********. If we had consumed the tainted pancakes we wouldve ended up in the *** The rotten egg smell thankfully alerted us as well as the appearance of the products. The check was promised to have been received by last Wednesday, 1/10/24 which was exactly 6 weeks. I contacted them numerous times since last week and spoke to ******* who advised the check surely was either lost or never sent. He requested a stop payment and another check to be expedited and sent via **** To date I have not received a tracking #, which was promised within 1-2 bus.days, or the check. I spoke with ****, a Sr. ***** Ambassador 3 times and he was shocked that I never received the check nor any follow up. He provided another case #********. He stated I should be compensated even more than the $24 owed as reimbursement due to what has happened. I contacted them again today and spoke with *******, who concurred with **** that I should file this complaint with the BBB. I also left a voicemail with their accounting ***** & never heard back. It is going on 2 months and no check has arrived. It is utterly shocking, ridiculous and disappointing that a consumer must resort to getting the BBB to advocate on their behalf. We obviously are no longer purchasing Kellanova products any longer. I am hoping you are able to facilitate our refund and bring a resolution to this matter once and for all. Thank you for your assistance.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      The only acceptable response will be when the company sends me the promised *** tracking number for the $24 reimbursement check along with the check # that was to have been provided to me no later than 1/12/24 as per ******* in consumer relations on 1/9/24. The initial reimbursement request was on 11/29/23! I have been getting the most unprofessional runaround regarding this reimbursement for tainted pancakes made with rotten eggs that surely wouldve sent my husband and I to the hospital if we had consumed them. It is shocking and disappointing that Kellanova does not take this matter seriously nor respect the health and welfare of their consumers. The response from them is further shocking and I certainly am not going to call the number they provided for follow-up. It is their responsibility as a business to rectify this immediately and totally unacceptable for a consumer to wait two months for a reimbursement. Since my efforts have been in vain and to no avail, both ******* in consumer relations and ****, a senior brand ambassador in consumer relations concurred and encouraged me to file this complaint. The company must be held accountable by an entity such as the BBB to ensure that businesses are operating in an ethical manner. Thus far, I have never had a response from Kellanova even after ******* and **** requested to upper management weeks ago. 

      I dont know what entity to address this with if the BBB is unable to obtain the promised solution to this problem, the promised reimbursement in the amount of $24.00!

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me only since the check was finally received on 1/27/24!

      My Husband and I appreciate the assistance of the BBB in facilitating our refund which was generated on 11/29/23. We FINALLY received the check on 1/27/24, 8.5 weeks after it was initiated. While the refund amount is not hundreds of dollars it is the principal of the matter. The company shouldve done much better as opposed to providing the runaround. Im not sure why they claim that the check was resent as they were never able to provide a check number for the first one. 

      Experiences such as this should not force consumers to reach out to the BBB, however, thankfully the BBB is in place to help consumers make companies accountable.

      I purchased this rice krispies treat on January 16th ****. The package is open do to a splice in the film. I still tried the treat but it was not good. I have sent pictures of the product before I opened it. I would like for you to advise your employees to be more careful when splicing their film. Thank you for your time.

      The last two boxes of your townhouse crackers are all crumbled cannot eat them unless you throw them in something already that need some crumbled up cannot put peanut butter on them because theyre nothing but crumbs I do buy the family size box. Why are they ********** ? They are my favorite crackers and we do eat a lot of them ! This makes me very sad!

      12/22/2023 is when I purchased Frosted Flakes from ******* here in *********. Yesterday, while eating a bowl, I noticed an extremely weird texture in my mouth. When I removed the piece of cereal from my mouth I noticed it was a piece of transparent plastic with the corn used in the cooking process. I did save the piece, but as I continued eating, I noticed there were more smooth plastic flakes in which it felt I was chewing on a straw.

      I have a hole in my crown due to their faulty product. I have been complying with all of their demands and then they send me to another department with new demands. Its never ending.

      I swallowed plastic that was cooked into a poptart. I ended up panicking from realizing I had ingested plastic. I went to the doctor after becoming nauseous vomiting and having stomach pangs. It prompted me into an anxiety attack. I was contacted by Kelloggs on social media after posting the picture of the plastic in the poptart. I was offered 3 coupons for free Kelloggs products, however I no longer trust their products. It was extremely long had I been a child it probably would have been even more disastrous. There needs to be some accountability 3 coupons isn't enough.

      I bought the kelloggs product on July 24, 2023. I do have the receipt. No damage in the box. But as I opened it. The inside plastic bag was broken from underneath. How can it even happen. As I took the plastic bag it fell everywhereIt looks like you cannot even seal a bag.

      Spoke to rude customer service agent ******. Extremely difficult and unprofessional. Unprofessional conversation lots of background noise, I hung up and tried again and got a bad English speaking Spanish woman who gave me less than half my money back. I have been buying Kellogg's cereal since the '60s I am very annoyed. I bought two boxes of **************** bars for granddaughters birthday party. Each box was $12.89. this woman offered me $10! This needs to be corrected **** and **** is at least three times the amount she offered me! I would like my purchase price of approximately $26 return to me. The bars were inedible very stale. Dollar general refused and exchange. Had to buy two more boxes from different proprietor for party. Tried to force coupons on me I don't want coupons I want my money returned to me for the bad Rice Krispies bars please. I don't know where these people were that were answering for Kellogg's and I am appalled they would hire such unprofessionals who treat customers inappropriately. Me
