I have gave this mechanic shop over $10000 of my business over the years. I took my vehicle to this shop to get repaired. They fixed my vehicle and i paid my bill in cash to them. I noticed when i got in my vehicle that my after market stereo was not working anymore and it was working when i turned the vehicle off at the shop before i turned my keys into them to repair it. The mechanic shop owner looked at my fuses and told me he would go in depth to attempt to fix the issue. I was unaware that he was going to make me pay him $45 to look at my fuses for a problem his shop caused. I didnt blame them for blowing out my fuse on purpose but i told them that they needed to fix the issue and that i should not have to pay. I paid them the $45 anyway. I requested that i get my billing statements from all the repairs they have ever done to my vehicles. The owner of that store asked me why i needed those statements and i told him i needed it for my files. He didnt get back to me about getting my statements. So i went into the store to see about getting them. He told me he didnt know how to work his new "system" and that he couldnt get me those statements. I complained to the autocare company and all they did was refer my complaint to the mechanic store and didnt want to resolve the issue or get in contact with me. Which is why i am contacting the BBB.
