Audi A8 had a service visit 10/18/22.I got a 25% off up to $500 off voucher in the mail.I told them numerous things,mentioned I would like to discuss with them further upon drop off. I was told no problem.I hit a possum in the meantime, air strut failed.I had to add that to it and drop off on a weekend.I received a message saying I missed my appointment despite dropping my vehicle off.I confirmed it was there and assumed things were ok when they confirmed.They had my vehicle for weeks, waited until the voucher expired.Denied receiving that or the paper with the additional things I wanted checked.Practically refused to address anything else without setting a new appt despite having it there for said issues.Denied touching things that were clearly touched.***, very unethical as well as the 'big boss' as ****** referred to himself.Arrogant clown show if you dont just bend over and take it.Given the area, I imagine most their clients do throw money at them.I know I have been until they broke my screen.I refuse to reward incompetence and potentially criminal behavior.Using the brand as a shield is unacceptable.The strut was an insurance job,insurance told me they didnt care if I used the voucher as it had nothing to do with them.They didnt do any of the additional work nor apply the voucher to the bill or even the deductible.Solely on the oil change and improper diagnosis of check engine light that came right back on.Sadly,it only gets worse as they damaged my vehicle.Either Pat or the same tech who I believe messed my engine up before when they misdiagnosed my car.Using vouchers to lure my vehicle in only to have it damaged and the voucher denied.Very unethical.I could of just taken it elsewhere,without the damage to my vehicle.Broke my screen and put a new scratch on my front bumper.Screen wasnt flawless but they outright snapped it, probably out of spite.Now it cannot even hold itself up.Doesnt respond to the button as it did upon drop off.Denying everything.
