Big Georges accepted a certified check for $2364.38 for an appliance that they refuse to deliver in a timely manner. The check is not being used for the purpose intended I want a refund. ****** does have the item in stock. ****************** does notBusiness response

We are waiting on a reply from Ms. *** on who the check will be payable to. The check was not issued by her. We have no issue in refunding the money and will do so upon her answer regarding the payable to. Thanks

On Wednesday August 25, 2021, Big ****** installed a refrigerator in our home. On Thursday August 26, 2021 we discovered the refrigerator had leaked onto our wood floors . I had to pay $2,300 to repair the floors and had repeated calls with Big ****** and their insurance company, ************************** Company seeking reimbursement. The owner of Big ****** assured me that I would be made whole, however, over three months later I have not been reimbursed for the damage to my house. Extremely disappointing for a high-end appliance retailer.
