The account was canceled and a refund was requested on May 7 for services that were never provided, in the amount of $72.50. I still have not yet received my refund, nor a return call nor resolution. I would like my $72.50 that was prepaid since I have not received the services. Horrible customer service at this company.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2021/07/06) */ Copy of original contract sent to Mr ****** clearly stating that contracts are non refundable. Copy of signed contract sent back to us on 3/25/21 with payment. Mr ****** entered into a contract for maintenance service with our company on 3/25/21. After his turn on service and additional service work (balance still remains unpaid), Mr ****** requested a refund because he was moving. As we do with all of our customers, we offered him 2 options. 1 - He could leave the winterization credit for the new owners, or 2 - He could take the credit with him to his new home if it was in our service area. He chose neither option and submitted a complaint instead. We would also be happy to apply his $75.00 to his unpaid bill of $97.15 leaving him a remaining balance of $22.15. I would like to attach the copy of the signed contract and original documents for your review. Business Response /* (-10, 9, 2021/07/06) */ ***Document Attached*** Consumer Response /* (3000, 11, 2021/07/07) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I politely explained to them that I am moving to a Condominium, where Sprinkling and lawncare are included, thus the option of transferring service to my new address was in fact not an option at all. And why would I pay for Sprinkling services for a home I no longer use, that were never provided. It is incomprehensible that a company would not promptly provide a refund for services that were never provided, on a property not legally owned by me. They had an opportunity to do the right thing - good business - and secure a positive recommendation, yet squandered it. I am not satisfied and would like a refund for the services that were never provided, on a home I do not own. Business Response /* (4000, 13, 2021/07/08) */ We entered into a valid contract agreement that clearly states no refunds. We have gone above and beyond offering additional options.
