We had a furnace emergency at 2 am on one of the freezing nights recently. The on-call person was at our house in about 20 minutes! He concurred that it was an emergency and in 90 minutes had everything running again! Even though it was running, he had someone else stop by the next day to take another look and make sure everything was OK. We were really impressed with the speedy and thorough response!Review from Thomas C

***************************** *** have been our fuel company for several years now. We have found their office staff to be considerate and understanding. They are often the first line of communication at **************************** when there is a problem or if just ordering fuel. The technicians that we have had at our home are also thorough and willing to take the time to explain what they are doing and what they have found., IF there is any question or problem, they will offer suggestions including contacting the "service ****** to establish a visit and meeting. We have never had a problem with any of the staff at ************************** and give them a definite "thumbs up" reflection of their business.**********Review from Steve M

Called for new service, sales people came and reviewed site for work. A week later we call back for info, and salesman no longer there. Other salesman going on vacation will call back in a week. 2 weeks later he says he's going over all his messages from vacation week. a week and a half later we get an email saying, were coming tomorrow to set the tanks. no discussion with us about schedules or anything. We called back to let them know we decided to go with a different company. A few weeks later we receive a bill for tanks that were never installed. Be mindfull of all discussions with them, get as much in writing as you can.ERV ********* **

Good morning, Thanks for providing me with this input regarding your experience with us. Certainly sounds like at least one ball was dropped by our staff. I will be examining the situation in depth this AM and speaking with all involved. I have total confidence in all members of the Gagnon staff, and I have felt that way all the years that truck has come to my house. My requests are granted as soon as is possible, I can sense the smile at the end of the telephone!In these days of uncertainty it is a relief to be able to feel secure that the heat will come on and the tank filled with oil at the promised time.Best of luck with all you do!Review from Sarah J

Had a Rinnai heater installed and I am very pleased with the entire process. All PGagnon employees (desk clerk, quote technician, propane tank installer and heater installers) were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Special thanks to the heater installers (Bill and *****). They did a terrific job installing and cleaning up afterwards. I am a very happy PGagnon customer.
