      I ordered a large map for my husband for Christmas. I screenshot my order confirmation on the website once my payment went through which stated I should be receiving an email confirmation with my tracking number. It said I could also resort to their website for tracking. There was no available page for me to track my order and my multiple emails went unanswered. I messaged the owner on ******** multiple times asking about the status of my order but was ignored. She read one message but still didn't respond. I finally got a response once I threaded to make a report to BBB and order a charge back. Her response was absent of any apology or explanation. I'm really disappointed as I wanted to support small business, especially one with such a cool concept.

      We are sorry to hear that Ms. ******** was disappointed with her order that was placed 11/21.
      We are a custom print shop and clearly state during the ordering process as well as final screen of the shopping cart: Shipping Notice -Please expect up to 4 weeks for our restoration artists and print specialists to complete your order. We thank you for your understanding. Your order will be completed in the order it was received.
      She apparently tried to reach out through ********, rather than the many Contact Us email and phone number notes throughout the website, and we only recently noticed it. The ******** page is more for our customer base to interact with each other, we do not have a ******** marketplace.
      Of course we will honor her request for a refund, and wish her well this busy holiday season.

      On March 4, 2023 I order a map from historicmapworks.com. They immediately credited my online payment for the purchase of the map. However, in the eleven days since I placed my order with them, I have not received any information from them acknowledging my purchase of the map or whether the order has been processed. They have no phone number where I can contact them. Further, I have tried numerous times to log into their site only to be told that my password does not work, and when given a redirect to an online link to a password update, I end up with a dead link--it goes nowhere. I would like the map that I have ordered to be shipped to me, but if they cannot fulfil this order in a timely manner, then I would like a refund.

      *******, we are so sorry for the issues you had with our system last week.    We had an unexpected Maintenance issue last week at the time of your order, 3/8 10:50 am MST, and had to reboot a part of our website.   Apparently your order was not completed during this period.    We are so glad you brought this to our attention! 

      We have created your order, #*****, and will be processing it.     Your research print will be shipped today, as we ship those immediately;   the Fine Art ***** is with our Restoration artists and should be shipping next week.

      It appears our digital downloads are not working currently ... we are so sorry for this inconvenience (we completed major server upgrades 11/15 and need to repair this)... I have already refunded your credit card. 

      I am sorry for the delay in getting this to you.   I have been catching any digital download orders each day, and refunding right away.   I never saw yours ... and in reviewing our past emails, never saw any from you either from this email.   Weird.   So sorry,  I am glad we received a note from the BBB letting us know, so we could rectify it for you.
