              04/27/24: ******************* **. Paid $22 for parking, returned to car within the 2 hr timeframe, have credit card receipts that fee was paid, parked appropriately. when returned to car 2 citations. 1 for expired/non payment, 1 for using up 2 spaces, both were printed @ 6:31pm so on a payment for 2 hrs they are already ticketing for expired timescam # 1. It was very clear to both myself and my company in tow that I was parked in a proper physical space for 1 car scam #2. These citations then give you 3 days to pay then it goes up $20 each time, to a *** of $83 along with the threat that non payment could affect your credit and stop you renting a car or renewing your license or registration. This is nothing short of harassment and intimidation, I have emailed the City of Wilmington who wash their hands becuause they are a private company, but I have also written to the Attorney General of **************, this has to stop, its fraudulent. I want all citations voided and I want it in writing!

              This parking lot payment system is very confusing and consequently the first we paid for ***** which only allowed for 2 hrs. We spotted an attendant and he agreed that we should make an additional purchase so we purchased ***** for an additional 3 hrs totaling for 5 hrs of parking from 5:30 pm. So we figured we were good till 10:30 pm ..show got out at 10 pm and we got to our vehicle and had a citation for $63.00!!!Oh but if we were good And paid within 3 days .. it was only $43.00 !!!remind you we had already paid a total of $49.50 for parking!!Oh and if you are not good you pay $63.00 by 5/10 and there after $ *****!!! Such a money making scheme and rip off!! We do not plan to ever use one of their parking areas again and discourage others as well!
