      I purchased a custom drum set (5 drums). The largest, the bass drum, came improperly packaged. while the other 4 toms came in factory boxes with factory padding, the bass drum (a wooden shell) was placed in a cardboard box without any padding. upon arrival, the box was totally beaten up. There's no doubt whatsoever that the wooden bass drum was really knocked around based on the appearance of the box. The Drum Shop in ******** *****, and ***** in particular (the owner), refused to take a return / order me a replacement bass drum, citing the money he'd lose. I thought a very reasonable suggestion on my part was for ***** to give me in writing a guarantee that if the wooden shell / finish failed, he'd order a new replacement bass drum. He agreed on three separate instances (twice by phone and once by ******** messenger) but has failed to provide that. He has proven himself to be dishonest and clearly didn't follow appropriate guidelines for shipping something that is fragile. At this time, a letter from him would be useless since I have no confidence he'd uphold is end. A replacement drum from the factory seems like a fair resolution, all at his expense. when I receive the new drum, I can ship back to him in the original box.

      On June 18th, 21 I ordered a ****** morimba 3 octave percussion instrument. I used my mastercard for payment in the amount of $1200.00. When I recieved it, I noticed there was no resonators, no **** of sale, & 6 of the wooden bards was not working or playable, I tried to fix the problem, but I could not, & I was not satisfied with it at all. I called the business and told them I was sending it back which cost me $105.96. They have received all there merchandise back, they keep telling me they are waiting to hear from Fed-ex. The dsipute is nobody wants to accept any responsibility, slow to respond to customer satisfaction. ***** Delaman talked like they was going to resolve the problem. I really do not know how hard they are trying, but it seems it is taking way to long and they are in no hurry to refund my money. since they already made there profit.
