I had submitted my email address to receive specific health information from this business. However, there are way too many emails and I dont want to receive any more. I have unsubscribed several times using both methods listed in their email but they won't stop. Please have them permanently remove me from their email list for all communication.Business response

Hello
The customer signed up to receive emails on 3/18. We received the first notification that they no longer wanted to receive emails on 4/1. Our records indicate the latest email sent to this customer was on 4/7 and we have confirmed it will be the last email sent. Upon unsubscribing from our email list a message appears indicating it can take up to 7-days for changes to take effect.Initial Complaint

I had submitted my email address to receive specific information from this business. Once I received that information, I no longer wanted to receive communication. I have unsubscribed several times using several methods but am still getting daily emails from this business. I wish to stop receiving all communications.Customer response

Better Business Bureau:Although the business has not responded, I have stopped receiving emails as requested in my original complaint.
