June 22 - June 25 2023 Paid $700.00 to stay here for my sons baseball tournament. First time in *****, was traveling with 2 children who have cancer and myself with medical issues, requested this place because of the ************ due to therapeutic reasons, the pool was freezing or closed, the place they put us was right next to the street where it's not really safe for kids, a lady was pulled over and the police lights were in our window going off causing my child to have a seizure, people were doing illegal things in the parking lot right outside our room, they were reconstructing the park lot and had to keep moving my car which I'm handicapped, someone almost hit my son it was one of their workers driving very fast on one of those carts, the environment noise unsafe conditions, the beds were rock hard and you had to walk around a mile to go to another property to get towels an extra key or anything because they don't answer the phone and the only pool usable was at this other property which defeated the purpose. This was just a horrible experience and haven't been able to get any resolution or even have my concerns addressed.Business response

We apologize for the issues you encountered during your stay. A majority of the noise levels and incidents you are describing are activities that are out of our control. Though out of our control, the phone call placed to us on 7/25 to report these issues were the first time we had heard about them. Had these issues been reported during the time they were happening, we could have addressed them in a timely fashion. We wish you and your family the best and the refund you had requested has been issued.Customer response
