              We ordered a Kubota 9,875W diesel generator with a 100 gallon fuel tank, a 2- wire auto start from Central Maine Diesel on December 13, 2022. Invoice # ***** total amount of invoice was $11,337.11. **** said we needed to paid half down to get the process started on ordering the generator with an approximate shipping date of First of January 2023. The middle of January came no notice of shipping. We called Central Maine Diesel left message, **** called us back and said that new shipping date will be January 23, 2023. No notice of shipping has been received. Around February 3 rd we started calling to see why it hasnt been shipped. No one answers phone, cannot leave a message, we have emailed, have got no reply, we have text messaged, get no reply. Just want to know if they are still in business. Can you contact them and have them call us so we can know if they will be able to fulfill our order or if we can get our deposit returned to us.
