The owners of Two Salty Dogs are helpful and honest. *** has a great sense of humor and is sometimes misunderstood by customers who do not have the same. We order regularly online and *** communicates almost immediately if there are any issues with the order or if I have had any questions - otherwise it is shipped within a day or two and we receive it very quickly. Products have always been exactly as described, and if you ask him, *** will make recommendations from his own personal use of said products. He tells you what he has found with them and allows you to decide from there. If you want a shop with all the good for you doggo stuff, shop owners who ACTUALLY know what the products do, and some friendly comic relief to make the day even better - GO here!! *** DOES communicate almost immediately, he honors and stands behind the products they sell, there are NO issues. Good thing about shopping a small shop, if you call them you are most likely going to speak to the actual owner - or they are present in the building somewhere. Hands down, best small pet supply shop I have EVER gone to.

Dons shop, while cute and in the center of ******** Harbor, he consistently complains about the flow of annoying and entitled tourists visiting his store. He makes fun of people who are from out of town on his blog. Its sad and in poor taste as a business owner. Two Salty Dogs would go out of business if it werent for the visiting tourists. For this reason I refuse to shop his store.

Ordered a dog collar from too salty dogs. At checkout they offered me a promo to get a matching leash at a discounted price so I opted to add that to my cart and finished with my order. The shipping took forever when I finally received my order the leash was much less quality than the collar so I asked for a return. After three attempts of sending me a return label I finally received it and mailed it back stamps.com it has been over a month I still have not received my refund. On top of that the collar that we kept has broken as well and was very cheaply made. Ive emailed the people in charge and they have not gotten back to me to say they received my return or will be refunding me the money anytime soon. I would never order from this company again and I highly recommend staying away from them
