I recently purchased one of K and R Autos more expensive vehicles. Once driving it off the lot I found water under the mats. I called the salesman, Rob, who told me I could bring it back for them to look into. The following day I returned the vehicle, I was told it was from detailing, which I said wasnt possible but we had different opinions. They reassured me they would clean it and made an appointment for me to return. I left the dealership and just before my driveway the dashboard lit up with warnings and the car was only operable in a low power mode. It was clear there was water damage. I called ****, the manager, who told me to drive the vehicle back. I requested returning the vehicle and taking back my SUV which did not have any issues, but was informed that ******* the owner was the only one to authorize that and he was out of town. I asked that he please get in touch with me because I was concerned about moving forward with this car. **** informed me he would absolutely speak to him and let me know. That never happened, I was given a loaner car of significantly less value and that was the beginning of K and R Auto Sales poor communication. I had a uncomfortable feeling communication would be an issue so I attempted to state my expectations from the start. Please keep me updated about what youre doing, or if parts are delayed. I would attempt to communicate every few days and would not get a response until I had to pushed for multiple days and even had my boyfriend call. They kept the car for 21 days, I requested the warranty start over; I hadnt even had the car for 24hrs before these issues. They told me the carpets were replaced and everything was fixed. I asked for itemization of everything they did, I did not get that. Now the warranty is almost up and the leak is back. I requested to be update with what was fixed so I could take the car elsewhere. My boyfriend also left a message and sent a text. Its been a week and we have had no response.

Where to start, Rob was very nice and worked with us to help us find a truck that we were looking for. Upon taking the truck home noticed a major oil leak, returned to K and R after having it for 3 days, when they had it for almost a week. The loaner car had 3 lights on the dashboard the check engine light, tire pressure and oil light. At this point we told them we do not want the truck as it has issues. After talking to *************************** he said he has more loaner cars and that we can come and get one that day, we drove from Portland to Auburn. On the way was told to hurry up because they are moving the vehicles for the 4-8 inches of snow we were getting the next day. About 20 minutes away Rob called to tell us that he does not have a loaner car for us and will not have one until tomorrow. I informed him that **** told us he has one and Rob said he not sure and that he will check with ****, I then asked for ****** voicemail, and was told he does not have one, told Rob to have ***************** us back, never happened. We drove all the way there and dropped of the loaner as the place was closed and no one was there, knowing we were on our way from Portland. On our way back home, got a call saying someone was there for us to pick up the other loaner, it was another tiny car, I explained does not work as the truck is used for work. We explained how un-satisficed with them we were and was told it's your truck come and get it or do not, but the owner told us we're not to give you your money back. The Manager *************************** was beyond rude to me over the phone with talking over me and interrupting me. Clearly has issues with a woman voicing her concerns. We made it known many times that we did not want the truck because it was not just a oil leak but a transmission line leak. I explained that there is no way that a state inspection was done on the truck and the oil leak and transmission line leak was missed. **** told me I did not know what I was talking about and said he would ta
