Despite our numerous attempts through phone calls and emails, fareowl.com has failed to provide a satisfactory resolution or refund for the canceled tickets. The tickets were originally scheduled for a flight on December 17, 2023. After contacting ***** Airlines, we were informed that the agency (fareowl.com) is responsible for reinstating the flight reservation. This situation has caused significant inconvenience and financial loss, and the lack of responsiveness from fareowl.com is unacceptable.
