I ordered this watch that has been being advertised on every social media platform that was supposed to be really nice. I ordered the watch on 6/12/25. I paid $69.89 for the product and the shipping. I finally received the order on 7/3/25. I opened it and it was nothing as it was advertised. Which I wasnt too upset about I mean I knew it was fake. However when I went to try it on, the watch had rust in the crevices. I emailed the company the same day it was delivered and they offered me 14% of my money back, due to their no refund policy. However I tried to return the merchandise and they refused it and refused me a full refund.Initial Complaint

I placed an order with Cartice, on May 17, 2025. On June 17, 2025, I was checking my bank account, when I suddenly found a charge to my account, in the amount of $39.99, made by Cartice. I sent an email to them, asking about such charge that I did not authorize. They replied that it was an investment in order to be part of their supposed V.I.P. ************. I never consented to be part of any insider club, nor did I consent for them to store my bank card information, and I certainly did not consent to any recurring charging of $39.99 to my card. I have since contacted my bank, and a new card with a new card number has been issued to me.Initial Complaint

The item i ordered was the ********* iced out watch. In the pictures of the advertised watch (included) you can clearly see that it is SIGNIFICANTLY different than what i recieved (included) MANY stones missing, completely different clasp, no markings/design on the back, designes instead of where stones should be. Very unsatisfactory item. I emailed them with the included photos and they told me that I recieved the correct item. Placed an order 5/21/2025 and still nothing has been shipped and no tracking info/update..only shows as order placed. Says its italian based out of ***..shipping from *****. Not replying to any emails and now charging me a monthly charge for something i declined and not responding about that either. On April 28th I purchased a necklace and cross pendant from the cartice website (order number ***********). I paid $52.95. It took almost 2 weeks to arrive. After receiving it and worn for about 10 days the chain and charm become discolored and broke. According to the return policy, I had a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. I contacted customer service prior to the ********************************************************************************************* exchange because it was past 15 days and no warranty was bought. The policy states If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 15 days of receiving the package. Retain all packaging materials and provide clear photos of the damage, as these may be required to process a claim. After 15 days, we may not be able to provide a replacement. my order didnt arrive damaged. It developed discoloration and the chain broke which would fall under their 30 day satisfaction policy which states Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee ensures that if you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your item, and we will work with you to make things right, either through a replacement or store credit.Initial Complaint

On May 16, 2025 I purchased a three piece set (watch, bracelet and chain). Ive asked them several times to send me an email showing confirmation with my order number and they didnt respond at first. Then a person finally responded and then ignored the other emails I sent looking for my purchase. I went in there website and sent them a message on their messenger and someone responded and then they too went ghost. I want a FULL REFUND for my item immediately. I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding a recent return issue with my order.I requested to return an item, and was informed that I must cover the return shipping myself. Additionally, I was told I would be charged a $15 restocking fee. However, I reviewed your return policy, and it does not mention a restocking fee under any **************** a customer, I expect your return process to be aligned with the terms publicly stated on your website. Failing to provide a return label (when many companies do so, especially in cases of dissatisfaction or incorrect items) is disappointing enough, but charging a hidden or undisclosed fee is both unethical and potentially illegal under consumer protection laws.Initial Complaint

I purchased merchandise a ring and a necklace from this company I paid for expedited shipping ordered it February 3. I just received the necklace. The ring was notsent to me although they said it was sent to me. Ive gone back-and-forth trying to get my money back trying to get the ring. Im that they were shipping it but then they never did. I dont know what else to do.
