Absolutely horrible customer service. No response for simple issues. Have been trying to contact for 3 weeks.Review from Justin L

The items that were ordered were the wrong size. We have called, texted (which is what the instructions are on the voicemail), as well as email and there are no responses after 4 days. The return policy actually provides no way to return the items for a refund. We have contacted our bank to dispute the charges. Based off the cell phone number, this business is run out of an alterations shop in MA.Review from Clyde P

The business does not care about its rating. It is clear that the business and the owner only care about the hits they get and the money they take in. The numbers they offer are to a machine that suggest texting a number gets you a response quicker to which no response is what happens. The company is defrauding people and just waiting for them to get fed up and walk away from their money.Review from Brittany L

If I could leave less than 1 star, I would. I ordered and paid for 4 pair of sleeves for the 5 Boro 40 mile cycling ride in NYC in honor of my husband who has cancer. Not only did they ship only half of my order, THEY SPELLED OUR NAME WRONG. I immediately emailed them and sent a photo of the error. At first I gave them the benefit of the doubt and was willing to let them correct their errors. I got zero response and have called 6 times and emailed more than that. The " contact us" number goes to some random voicemail. Never got a response. They took my money in a second, but to this day, I have had no communication with them whatsoever. For me, it's the principle. I have been ripped off and I'm angry. I want my money back and I will post this everywhere I can.
