I was charged $8 for materials not used and was threatened for reminding owner twice he already has agreed to fix issue because it was under warrantee and he tried to charge me $150 for that. When I reminded him of mo supplies were used since I paid for change already 79,95 and latch issue was under warrantee he threatened me and I was afraid for my physical safety and was afraid of continuing to fight over materials he didnt use which he wouldnt remove after I mentioned it. Im owed $8

This customer is looking for a refund of 8 dollars for supplies and hazards waste removal from his Oil Change. This is all on top of the dealership eating his false warranty claim. What he is not telling you is that his repair was not covered under warranty. If there was a defective part or issue with his vehicle Mitsubishi would have paid for it. But the truth of the issue is that his hatch would not work because of excess waste and bird seeds and trash in and around the vehicle locking mechanism interfering with his latch not opening. He was so defiant and aggressive as to the problem that he refused to pay for the repair that we did complete. We finally decided to write off his one hundred dollars plus warranty claim as FREE POLICY, since it was not a legitimate warranty claim to begin with. That means Cornerstone repaired his vehicle at our cost, not under warranty. If you trash your vehicle and your hatch fails because of bird seed or other trash interfering with its operation, it is you who should pay for it being cleaned and repaired. Not the manufacturer or the DEALER. THIS WAS NOT A WARANTY CLAIM! It is not about the $8 it is about an unreasonable customer and his bulling us to continue to give in to his unreasonable request. I left him several messages asking him to call him to discuss his claim of being over charged. He has never returned my call.  I refuse to be bullied by a customer or anyone threatening me of social media or posting online complaints to get what they want as a tool to regardless of the amount. My integrity is not for sale by threats. If you disagree with my position, call and speak with me. Bill Cimino ************. I will not give in to even $8.00 to unwarranted internet complaints.

I purchased a 2022 Outlander on august 24th 2021. I leased the vehicle. This is the worst car I have ever had. It has multiple safety issues and one currently that the manufacturer and dealer will not fix and it is a warranty item. They will not help me with a rental car and my vehicle is not safe to drive. I only own this one vehicle and I have to transport my wife and 1 year old son around in it. This is what I have sent to Mitsubishi and yet to get a response from them. My 2022 outlander has had so many problems. Hood flutter, which I understand. I had the fuel pump recall which now I get worse gas mileage ever since doing that. I have the back up camera recall which since fixing that, my camera has a huge delay before coming on. There is a knock coming from my steering column which the dealership doesnt know what it is and doesnt want to fix it. And my largest problem and its a safety concern is my suspension. My rear suspension is completely shot. Im told everything is on back order. I understand the market and supply chain shortages. But my family is in my outlander all the time. The car bounces all over the road and when you hit a pot hole or any bump at 45mph or higher the back end of the car feels like it is slipping out from underneath me. It is scary driving my car. Mitsubishi has not gotten back to me the other two times I have tried contacting them. The dealer doesnt acknowledge my concerns and put me on the back burner. I cant get a loaner car as they dont have an outlander and thats what I need. I only have one car. Every month there is something new and Im starting to feel this car is a lemon. This is my 5th mitsubishi and I have loved them all. Except this one, this on is by far the worst mitsubishi I have ever owned.

The suspension was brought to my attention the day this complaint was posted. I personally spoke directly to the Mitsubishi Service and Parts representative that very day. The customer never requested substitute transportation or any assistance with this issue from me. Once it came to my attention the vehicles parts were high priority ordered and the vehicle was repaired. We repaired the rear suspension within days of this coming to my attention. I am very willing to trade or replace this vehicle at any time. This vehicle would have been repaired sooner if the complaint was addressed to me the owner of the dealership to begin with. We value our customers and always are willing to step in when issues are brought to our attention. I confirmed with the customer that the vehicle has been satisfactorily repaired. If any Cornerstone customer has a problem with any interaction or experience with Cornerstone Mitsubishi, they can always ask for me at the dealership or call me directly, (*******************************). If you are not getting the assistance you expect, call me on my personal cell phone at ************. Our family business is built on the ********** of ****** and Value".
