I placed an order on 11/25/2023, utilizing the advertised 30% off sale. After placing my order, my order was cancelled for "suspected fraudulent activity" despite using a confirmed and verified ShopPay account that I have never had problems with previously.Once the order was cancelled, the items were then listed as out of stock.Never had an experience like this in my life.Review from Tadd T

I order 2 hats on 9/4/2023. Got notification of shipping on 9/7/2023. The tracking didnt move at first, but said delivery would be on 9/11/2023. Tracking stalled after a couple of stops, so on 9/12/2023 I reached out (email is the only way you can find on their website). I received a response the next day that there was an issue with shipping in their warehouse and the order HAD NOT been shipped. They would let me know when it was shipped. I have heard nothing back. Ive emailed 3 additional times and called a number I dug for (cant leave a voicemail). Had I not emailed, I wouldnt have known they had an issue. They make great products but their customer service is nonexistent. Please do better.Review from Trent P

TLDR: Only got half the order, company is ghosting me My wife ordered me 2 hats from 47Brand. com on 11/27/22, we received one of them on 12/5 and the order reflected as "Partial" on the website.We waited about a week more and had not received any updates on the second hat so she reached out to orders@ 47brand.com (phone number is useless since it just has an automated message to email questions) asking when we could expect the balance of our order. Surprisingly, we got a response the next day but it was just a canned message saying once orders are shipped they can't change the service level. She responded back clarifying that we just wanted to know when the second hat would ship since we paid for two hats and only received one.No further responses.I started emailing at least once every week since and have not received a single response. I asked for a refund plus tax,... nothing.As of this posting, there has been no responses from 47brand.Review from Ben S

Well im 6'4" , they say i ordered a size small hat that was delivered. I paid 2nd day air , that didnt happen either, now they will not refund til they recieve the wrong size hat they sent out back . They sent me a shipping label for the ***** Now the money came out of my account in 2 seconds and when they s**** up on the merchandise and the shipping im being told i have to wait. Been emailing back and forth with a total jerk named *****. I will never do any biz here again. Im actually looking into billing these jerks for my time.
