I cannot complain about the personnel at this dealership. They also have a great selection of whatever you are looking for. I was helped by *** the salesman and he explained everything well. But, the circumstances and the current sales environment, along with intertest rates killed this deal. Just be aware that the list price you see is with a trade in. If you do not, add 3k. And, forget about the payment calculator on site. It is way off. My deal should of came in at about ****** a month. My fico score which I just checked is 761. I went in to buy a Dodge Ram 2012. listed for ********* I had no trade in so they tacked on another 3k. I was willing to give ******* as a down payment. So, a little adding comes out to, financing *********. Work sheet was brought back to me 60 months at ******, which comes out to $21,360.00. I gets up and says see you later. *** asks me, this is how you negotiate. No sense beating a dead horse when it is dead to start. I walked out.

Shady business practices.1) Total bait and switch in regard to the price of the vehicle. The prices listed online was thousands less than the starting price. 2) We were finally able to come to an agreement or so we thought. The number we agreed upon was not the number listed on the finance documents. When questioned, they acted like it was completely normal to ADD the price of the trade in to the agreed upon price of the new vehicle. On what planet are we adding trade in cost to the price of the new vehicle? It was brought to their attention several times and they insisted this was the correct manner to conduct business. I informed the finance manager that this was shady and sketchy. He did nothing to try to correct my impression- I guess he agreed with me. 0/10 Would Never Recommend.

Bought a car (over market value) thinking it works be safe for my newborn and wife. 3 weeks later I found that the valve cover was leaking oil, moon roof drains were leaking water into the car floor, and no maintenance was done to ensure the car was ready to go onto the floor to be put up for sale. The spark plugs and coils had oil in them! Now the worst part, was when the radiator was leaking fluid (*****, brown fluid to be exact) and I called the maintenance department, the manager mechanic didn't do a single thing about it. When I asked why they didn't do any sort of maintenance or TLC on the car before they put it up for sake, I got the response, "If we did that to every car that came in, we wouldn't make any money." I call BS on this place. All I want is for my car to run properly for the price I payed and for it to be safe my family. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I purchased a car from them, they set up the loan immediately through *************** I didnt receive the car until 8 days later. Was told within **** days theyd call me to pick up my registration. That call never came! My insurance company called me to inform me they never received information from the dealership on the said vehicle. I called Prestige spoke to a few finance ***************** person only to receive a call back one week later informing me they didnt have a title on the car. I was told to bring the car back and theyd give me a rental until the title came in. I was giving a dirty rental from a local rental company down the street from them. After driving it for weeks with lots of issues in the vehicle, several lights on the dash on & several times the car wouldnt start I was finally giving another rental. Weeks and then months went by with no title arriving. I called every week and was spoken to rudely each time I called mostly by *** from the finance ***** All along forced to pay ************** a car loan for a car I drive for 14 days. Three months later still no title after speaking to an attorney who suggested I do a 30 day demand letter for my refund and to force them to buy back the loan. ************** also didnt even realize they didnt obtain the title for a vehicle the were the lean holder for. I went to Prestige unannounced to drop off the rental and take my possession out of the said vehicle. Spoke to *** once again with my adult son present. *** informed me I wasnt getting any of my loan payments back because they provided me a rental. I explained to him I didnt go to them to rent a car I went to them to purchase a vehicle. I informed *** I would be getting all my money back. I received my full refund then had to wait almost 2 months before the loan to be taken off my credit to be able to purchase a vehicle elsewhere. Attorney ************** also was involved, my case just closed. Stay far away from this place!!!

I was sold a van that had a bad catalytic converter. It took months before I had received the registration and plates to drive the van which led to the van being out of warranty when the van had broken down.

will i bought my 2013 ****** outback with high mileage had it for 6 months had to replace 3,tires and springs and it needed a front ******************** the console for the glasses because it was broken in 2 months it was hanging in front of my face i had to use duck tape to keep it in place all of this cost me ***** dollars i don,t fine it fair because i had extended warranty that i payed for but they told me it doesn,t cover tell me that fair **** *****
