April 3-4th Twins onsite to fix curb and lawn damage from snow removal.Had set up trailer and standon skid steer. Also trucks. Parked on the left hand side facing downhill from the top. First day did work putting curbs back in place and clean up. Day 2 came back and parked a tuck on the right side of the road in front of my car which was covered. Neighbors observed them having equipment on the grass near the car and at some point the skid being used by the employee had hit the car, tearing the car cover and it was wedged under the tires so it couldnt be removed without force. The damage was very low smashing the lower grill and bending the plate inward from the curbside. Also upon examining they had caused such a force that they cracked the bumper and punctured the condenser that sits back by the radiator. The car became un drivable. Just so your aware the grill, lights, bumper sides and across the top are all damage free.so something with special turning ability was needed to cause this damage. The standing skid steer with tank tacks is something that could handle this. The bucket can go very low and the attachments as well. So on Saturday of that week I went to take it out. Noticed the damage. Went to the police and filed a report. Call insurance and they suggested I reach out or talk with the landscapers that were on site. That being said I went down to chat meet with Mike. Monday almost a week later. Ask if he had gotten info the accident on the property. He wasnt sure. But made it seem like they didnt want to get involved in being accountable. He said he was going to ask the crew that was onsite for those days. In the mean time I spoke with the neighbors which confirmed the truck was parked in front of the car that was covered. That a attachment for the skid steer was in that area on the grass. That the young assistant was on site and using the standing skid steer. Im not sure why Im responsible for their accident. I would like to get the car fixed.
