So sorry I used this company on recommendations from a friend in the industry.Install was pushed back a number of times, when the install did take place, the on site electrician LIED and said there was no room and the equipment needed to be placed in a different location.This was a fabricated lie and the electrician told me about it AFTER he decided to relocate and install things where it was easier for him is when I was told it wouldn't fit and this is where its going to be.One panel does not work from the day of the install - 5 months AFTER the install the panel comes online, they tell me it was a pinched wire. Wires NO NOT PINCH they get SEVERED!. No the wire was not replaced they told me as the panel came online when they moved the wire( WOW DONT I FEEL SAFE NOW having a cut wire on my roof).Now over a year after we ordered the battery system, the Owner emails on 3/29/23me saying we need 5/8" sheetrock installed over the cement walls and ceiling and sealed with fire tape.Contractors are over 9 months out for work and I'm just hearing this now.I requested a cancellation after being run around for over a year and Im told there's a design and sales fee.BEWARE THIS IS NOT THE SAME COMPANY IT USED TO BE I have reached out to the manufacture to see if I can move to another company for management of my system
