  • Customer service problems. Customers frequently express frustration with long hold times, unresolved issues, lack of knowledge or empathy from representatives, and a general difficulty in getting the help they need.
    

  • Technical difficulties. Complaints revolve around website crashes, software glitches, login errors, and issues with specific features or functionality.

  • 
    Historically, we experience a spike in consumer complaints during the annual open enrollment period (December-April), when financial transactions are initiated to move a consumer health savings account from one trustee to another trustee, which involves employers, third party administrators, health plan carriers and multiple custodian/trustees.
    

  • Alegeus triages each consumer complaint with corrective and preventive action plans in mind to reduce the likelihood of recurrence.
