Transaction date: March 30-April 3, 2023. I had followed Dr. ****** online presence over several years. Had read her book. I connected with her business via phone and spoke with *************************** about the programs offered and what I was looking for regarding my health. The program was appox. $5,999.00 for four days. ******* stated she would give me a discount-***************** Payments needed to be completed prior to beginning of the retreat date. I secured a loan from my bank. I went to the retreat. My issues are: a) on-site I requested my before and after data regarding the tracking of health benefits from one the frequency machines used from the technician, he said, "they were having issues with emailing the data and privacy." I stated, they have my permission to send it to me encrypted; b) my health action plan did not coincide with my travel arrangements. There was not a coordinated effort between the service dates, the expected time/s of check-out and my plane departure times. My last day of the retreat I did not receive any treatment therapies- no juices, no water, no broths before I left. They were unaware that I'd be checking out on Monday eventhough the brochure states the check-out window; c) I tried to connect with one of the program coordinators to see if I could ask and relate questions/concerns per my visit, to no avail. Next step was calling Dr. ***** d) I spoke with Dr. **** several times. She promised to have the tech send my data to me via email, then by mail- nothing; e) Dr. **** talked with me about helping with her intern- never heard from her again. I have been exhausted by this experience as it was not as expected. I did not receive everything that was stated within their manuals of care; f) After leaving, no one called to check to see if I was okay as noted, right at day four you can go into a healing crisis; g) Their gift basket valued at $295, it was not; h) I provided a list of allergens, a supplement given contained the allergen.Customer response
