      Avoid this shop! Their work is acceptable, however, I cant recommend them because they squeeze every ***** out of their customers. On a previous visit they wanted to replace rear wheel bearings on my car, but never told me that I could have the work done under warranty. I finally realized this myself and had the work done for free at the dealership. On my last visit they charged $300 for a part that I found online for $120 from the car company. In addition they would not change my spark plugs unless I agreed to pay an additional $230 for "fuel induction service", something NOT called for in any of the maintenance guidelines for our car. In addition, the shop manager was unsympathetic to my concerns when I brought them up and merely asked: "why do you keep coming back?' Do your research and go somewhere else. I would give zero stars if I could.

      I have previously gone to Falmouth Motor Car and had no problems with their service. This time I made an appointment for a state inspection sticker and oil change. I also asked if they could look at the hood and rear hatch to see if they could easily be made to function better.When I took the car in for the appointment they said I had no appointment but they would try to fit ime in that day or the next. I restated that the hood and rear hatch were unimporrtant unless they were a simple fix. I received a phone call at home telling me when they could get parts for the hood and rear hatch. I told them to forget about the hood and hatch since they were working fairly well. They said the engine was very dirty and needed fluid changes and new spark plugs. That sounded simple and I trusted their judgement so I said OK. That was my mistake. When I came in to pick up the car I was presented with a **** for $967.16.I expected to pay les than $100.00 for the state insection and oil change.The **** included $198.59 for a fuel induction service, $119.00 for a cooling system flush and service, and $379.90 for removal and replacement of spark plugs. ($379.90 for spark plug replacement?) It also included $59.85 for looking at the hood and an additional $59.85 for looking at the hatch. I would never have said OK to all this if it had been properly explained to me. This **** ***** was running without any problems that I could see. I paid the ****. That was probably my second mistake.

      This garage is WICKEDLY overpriced!I just purchased and completed installing one set of pads and rotors myself, so I know what they cost me (and they get parts even cheaper). They also installed premium ceramic pads for no reason. All they were doing was inflating the **** unnecessarily.They assessed a charge of about $120 when I told them what fault code my other mechanic provided. Then their invoice said below that that the car inspection was complimentary. I requested parts back in writing and they were never offered or provided. They violated AAA standards.I assume the repairs were done correctly, time will tell. I would suggest clients shop around and not select this shop. I'd give them zero stars if I could.

      As a professional Ase certified, Lexus Master Technician, I was unfortunate enough to have car issues while in a road trip. Falmouth motors was exactly where my vehicle became a no start. I can happen to anyone, unfortunately this is where I wound up. The vehicle was in need of a pick up coil, which I knew with 100% certainty. I was lied to from the beginning, over charged and treated like a regular uninformed unfortunate client of theirs. Luckily Im very informed and this statement is completely accurate. I can assure you ********************* is of extremely low morale character and his values if any are in the toilet. There is no place in our business for people of such a low caliber any longer. Please, do your research, find a reputable dealership or independent, build a relationship dont hesitate to ask questions until you fully understand your vehicles issue or general service being performed and stick with them. They will become very familiar with you and your vehicle.
