    On 4/24/2021, I traveled from NY to see a Bentley at Metro West I did not put down a down payment or sign. The vehicle was advertised on Carfax with exactly 30,241 miles. For weeks I spoke to Stan & Frank until we agreed on payment and pickup dates. Metro received my payment in full on 5/3/21. I didn't pick up my car until 5/13/21 because of an agreed upon arrangement that they would perform a few repairs themselves and prepare the car for pick up. When I arrived in MA from NY, Frank had everything ready including my bill of sale, the car looked great and everything seemed fine at this point. As I got onto the entrance ramp to go home, I looked down and noticed the mileage at exactly 32,931 over 3000 miles more than advertised. I immediately pulled over and called Frank. I also took a closer look at my bill of sale; the date on it said 4/24/21 the day I only came to see the car and left no down payment. Frank assured me he would fix everything with no problem and I believed him. I got home and noticed that the car still had the same problems that they had kept my car an extra few weeks in order to "fix." They had said they were ordering parts for it and fixing it. The repairs were never performed & the parts were never even ordered even though he claimed they did the repairs. I went back and forth with Stan and Frank for weeks and got nothing done that they had originally promised. Their solution was for me to travel back to MA putting more miles on the car for a problem they had already kept my car an extra 2 weeks to fix and lied about. I was not willing to be fooled again. I've bought a lot of cars in my life and this was by far the worst vehicle purchase experience ever. I wound up paying to replace a broken taillight and 2 front struts, the few things that were promised to be fixed before I picked it up in the 1st place. The wrong dates on my bill of sale gave me big problems with my insurance and taxes. Frank never fixed the bill of sale to the correct date.

    This customer purchased the vehicle over a year ago. We work with all of our customers that require a repair on a vehicle they purchase from us within the warranty period. When the customer is out of state it gets a little bit tricky, since we require them to bring the vehicle back to our location. However, this customer refused to bring the vehicle back to us for repair. It seems like the customer chose to have the work done locally. We are committed to provide excellent customer service and do what we can to keep our customers happy.
