I hired Mr. ********************** to fix 2 leaking roofs. The roofs are still leaking. Dozens of emails, text and phone calls unanswered.He did come back once to try and resolve but they are still leaking.And now he is MIA.I do not want him back here. But he shoudl issue a refund. His quote speicifcallyt said "to fix leaking roofs". I paid him $2600.Customer response

*** Morrell *** also located at **************************, issued me a proposal for work to be done to prepare a property for sale. He knew time was of the essence as I told him I wanted to have it listed ASAP. In June I had his company remove junk from the property. He completed this job, and was paid in full, so I hired him for additional work. On 6/24 I gave him a check for $3600, (half the amount for the new work). I told *** I would be away the following week and expected the work to be done as we discussed. After returning *** did not answer almost all of my telephone calls, emails or texts over the next month. He requested a second chance to complete the work, but later texted me and admitted he couldn't finish the job, but offered to refund me $2500 and to repair the roof. He lied and I never heard from him again, despite additional attempts to contact him. I seek a refund for the full amount of $7200 for work not performed and damages for not being able to list the property.Customer response

I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. We wonder if other people have filled similar complaints. We would like to know if any action has been taken against this company. Is there anything else that the BBB can do?
