Full Transparency here, my transaction with this dealership took place December 2017 and its now June 2023.That being said, Ive since traded in the vehicle I had purchased from them. The vehicle was a 2013 **** F-150 FX4. When I went to look at it/test drive, I immediately fell in love with it. I ultimately decided to purchase about 3 weeks later. The exact day I drove it home, the **** Service Brake, and Battery lights all came on the dash at the exact same time. I had contacted them about this issue (or number of) and they told me they would correct the issues when I picked up my registration. Their Mechanic, I believe his name was ****, had supposedly ran a diagnostic with a code scanner, and informed me he wasnt able to pull any codes. Though, I brought the vehicle to an actual mechanic and was able to pull multiple codes, as was I with a scanner I had purchased from Auto-Zone. For those who dont know what codes are; they are just basically the vehicles way of communicating to the operator if it detects any malfunctions. The dealers mechanic just put 2 zip ties around the *** Module and said thats all I can do. But he was able to conveniently delete these codes, so the vehicle would pass inspection (they would only cover the inspection fee if I went to the ****** dealership they owned and thats not uncommon to be fair). But since the day I drove it home it was nothing but a headache. I had to wait a very long time to save the money to get it fixed right because of the high cost of the repair. I never expect buying a vehicle to be an easy process but these guys made it border line painful. They are very pushy and really put a lot of pressure on you in the process as well. I definitely wouldnt purchase anything from them again. I hope other customers had a better experienceReview from Kathryn F.

I purchased a vehicle at McGee used car superstore on July 30 of last year. Part of the deal was that they were going to put four brand new tires on my car. When I went to pick up my car was, the sale was delayed as they were very busy and had not yet put the tires on the car. I could see the car sitting there next to the show room door the entire time. I waited about an hour and a half and was getting rather aggravated Finally the sales person came and said that the car was ready. I thought that was odd since the car had not moved from the parking lot the entire time that I was there. But I went and did a walk around and everything looked good. The tires were all nice and shiny so I assumed that they were all new. About a month later I noticed that my tire pressure indicator came on a couple of times. No big deal I just put air in the low tire and went about my business. It happened again about about another month later and my boyfriend filled the tire for me. He said that I should probably get a new tire because that one was almost bald. I thought that was strange since the car was supposed to come with brand new tires all around. The holidays happened and I sort of forgot about it, but still had it in my mind to bring it back to address the situation. Then, I almost crashed! I was coming off the exit ramp to get onto 139 (dry roads that day) and my car almost completely spun around as the back tires let go from the pavement. Luckily I steered out of it. I had someone look at the tires and discovered that BOTH of the tires in the back were almost completely bald. I went to the dealership thinking that because they were very busy that day that I picked up my car they must have forgotten to put The tires on. I was shocked when the guy said someone mustve stolen the brand new tires in put these Bald ones back on. Small claim has been filed. I was shown one car within my price range that I didnt like. I get back to the dealership after test driving it to be told that they have another option for me. I thought they were showing me an option within my price range which is 200-250/mo. The second car they let me drive was a Jeep Patriot. I liked driving it. So, I go and sit down and tell the dude that I like driving it. He comes back with a figure of $480/mo or $120 a week he says. Im looking at it as $120 a week isnt bad because I had a bad migraine all day from stress. I sighed the papers. I get home later that day and tell them I want to cancel. They tell me its too late. The car is supposedly worth ****** and its so basic it doesnt even have Bluetooth. Im so unhappy with their service. They let me leave the lot with an empty gas tank to boot! I will never be purchasing a car from them again and Im going to spread the word that they are an awful company with awful employees. I begged them to work with me and agree to cancel the same.. that is when they told me that they would let the Jeep sit on the lot to get repoed. I just cant have that on my credit report and it was their way of getting me to give it but I am pissed! They take advantage of people and they ****.Review from Robert D

They have one of the worst inspection protocols on vehicles, the service department is very inattentive on returning phone calls and seem to have no care in the world on what you have to say about the vehicle. This company is all about money and couldnt care less about your personal safety. They would rather sell you a car that has issues and deny it opposed to standing behind their product as a good business would.Review from Jason P

This used dealer **** could have the worst service ever. I dealt with rude sales people and rude managers. When I finally got my car from them I came home to lots of hidden stuff. I found my car with 0 accidents had been hit. Not only did they fail to mention it they gave me an after market bumper on the car. Shouldnt have been a big deal other than the fact that it was not primed. All of the paint peeled off of my bumper within months of ownership. They also were kind enough to fix a hole in my seat when I bought the car. But when I got the car back they had made the hole bigger and looked like they melted it more. They told me that it was fixed and sent me on the way with a worse seat then before. After all this happened I called them to see if they could help me out in anyway. Thats when they were extra rude and pushed me away with nothing but rude remarks.
