    Reliable Respiratory's customer "service" is virtually non-existent. We believe our rating of ONE is extremely generous. The arrogance, stupidity and incompetence of nearly EVERYONE at Reliable Respiratory is overwhelming. ***********************************

    This company is a rip off. I bought ResMed Series 10 from CPAP.com for about $400. They wanted OVER $1000. Stay away from this company

The device offered on CPAP.com may not have been available through Reliable Respiratory at the time of purchase. We strive to offer fair and competitive pricing based on the device type.     They charged me $234.21 for a simple plastic CPAP water reservoir (for ResMed 11) for which everyone else is charging $29. That's eight times as much as everyone else.

    I am so tired of dealing with the incompetence at this company. I cant believe they are still in business. Something needs to be done, not fair what you have to go through to receive my c-pap machine. 6 mts and still waiting.

    No matter how hard I tried to understand everything I still fell victim to their fraud. Was told they needed a debit card and promised I WOULD NOT BE CHARGED. Fast forward to when they bill a portion of the cpap device and directly debit my card without my knowledge. I found out later they signed me up for auto-pay without any notification whatsoever. The first person I spoke with in "billing level 2" said this was straight up fraud and should not have happened. *By the way, anyone in "billing level 1" is a call center in India that has no knowledge of this company or their operations and are as helpful as a bag of rocks. Never heard of *******. Always go straight to billing level 2.I went on assuming all is well and things would be straightened out when they do their job and file for insurance reimbursement. Along the way they made up various technical disqualifications that all amounted to them not keeping track of my information. After waiting 10 business days I called again. I was told that the "supervisor" was dragging their feet and will send out the refund shortly, please wait another 10 business days. 10 business days go by, the conversation changed into no refund coming at all from the money they fraudulently obtained until they finished their job of filing the insurance claim. Completely unacceptable. I've already submitted a fraud report about this company. All over $398 when I'm sure they could get more than that if they behaved like competent human beings.

    Been a CPAP customer since 2016. Received a call advising they couldnt refill supplies because the modem in my machine ran on 3G. Need to get new machine. Call my doctor and get prescription, conducted FaceTime appointment with them, received insurance approval at 100%. Call to schedule delivery and they wont deliver unless I give them a credit card. Since 2016, never needed a credit card and it 100% covered. Refused to give credit card so they cancelled my order. Need to find new supplier who can be trusted.

    Very unreliable! I had to spend twenty minutes listening to their employee, who was working from home, lecture me why I should be considerate. Two months and I still have not received my supplies. I guess it's their way of telling me that they do not want my business. So very unreliable. This company gets an F++
