      Im still swollen a week am a half later the provider has blocked me on text and social media . I missed a day of work and had to go to urgent care to be seen ( so a day of pay and a copay ) . I would like a refund for services. Im still not back to baseline and believe I wont be .

      Increased Blood Flow: RF micro-needling also promotes blood circulation in the treated area, which can cause temporary redness. The increased blood flow carries essential nutrients and oxygen to the skin, aiding in the healing process.

      Sensitivity or Allergic Reaction: In some cases, individuals may have underlying skin sensitivities or allergies that can lead to a more pronounced inflammatory response. It's possible that your skin may be more reactive, resulting in increased swelling and redness compared to others.

When you reached out to us regarding your concerns you were offered to be seen in person by the ** on staff or to send us updated photos of your progress. We have not received a response in over a week. You are not blocked and have not been blocked from our text line or phone line and have full access to contacting us. Your main concern with the treatment has been seeking a refund and debilitating our business reputation. It is concerning to us as to why you are not responding back to us for progress photos or in clinic follow up. As always we are more than happy to see you in person to address your concerns at no charge to you. Feel free to reach out at any time.
