Ordered the shark air wrap on April 11. Email said it was shipped and delivered on April 17. I opened the package and only received the product attachments, and not the product itself. In my email, it still says product is processing but does not give me any more details. Contacted customer service and all she could say is that there was an issue with the warehouse and she had no idea when I would receive my item. If I knew it was going to take this long, I never would have ordered it. Or they should atleast give a heads up that the product is going to take forever to ship. Unbelievable and completely unsatisfied with my order from shark.Review from Justin C

This robot vacuum has very limited sucked power and does not compare to much cheaper models. It gets stuck over the tiniest differences like air vent which no other vacuum has done before. The wi-fi functions are a joke and every 2 or 3 days it will disconnect itself and need a full setup to be redone. Attaching the mop function is a chore and it's unlikely that people would switch between the two models. Lastly withing 6 months it completely stopped working. I called the customer support and they saw it was not working. The said they would send back only the robot and non e of the accessories so I would have to disassemble and reassemble the new one. Also I would have to pay for the shipping for a non working product. I honestly wish we never bought this it was a complete waste of money. I don't even think I want the replacement after the disrespect of them charging more money for a product that stopped working in 6 months.Review from Natalie B

I was excited to buy my Shark Navigator NV580 Series from Target on Black Friday. I spent over $230 and it only worked for 4 months. The nozzle stopped working one day. I called customer support twice. First **** was friendly and we did a video call to show her it didnt work. She tried to charge me $119 for a replacement. I declined. Thats half the price of what I paid. I called again after reading the warranty. I told the man that the warranty says non wearable parts are under warranty. He told me the whole nozzle is considered wearable the plastic body and the roller. Which is ridiculous. And when I told him I wont accept 50% off from the $119 replacement, he hung up on me. I was INCENSED. I just want a refund. I bought a defective vacuum and they wont fix it. Their warranty is NOT a warranty!!!Review from Dora M

I have a faulty Ninja Foodi Digital Air Fry Oven, when calling to get a replace, my warranty has expired and they asked me to buy a new one. They have me placing the order three times, and all three times my order as cancelled. I got back my money on my credit card, but the last time it was retained. Do not purchase a Shark Vacuum. I have a 5 year warranty and am having problems with the motorized head attachment. Went through the trouble shooting with ******* who said I need a new vacuum head. Unfortunately, it is not covered under warranty. I asked them how can the vacuum head not be covered. She said it is a wearable item. What nonsense. I will never purchase another Shark Vacuum again.Review from Christopher R

I bought a coffee maker that was defective and broke only after a couple months. Although he unit was covered under warranty, they charged me for shipping the replacement parts. At present, the machine still does not work.Notwithstanding this unit should not breaking after such a short period of time, it takes a lot of nerve to charge a customer to fix something that should have been working in the first place. By comparison, I have a Keurig machine that is > 5 years old and I never had a problem. This will impact my decision to buy Ninja projects in the future.Review from Ed C

I returned an item, well within the return period, in January 2022, and never received an email. After numerous calls and emails over 18 months I received no resolutions. Several promises of a supervisory call back within 48 hours which never happened, claims that they had the wrong credit card number they only had one, the one associated with the original order, and I provided it three times again. Also, my original order number changed twice for no reason. I then gave up until three months ago. I gave it another try and call and after the **** rep put me on hold for ten minutes came back and said there is nothing that can be done for me and hung up after briefly listening to my stating my next steps. Well, after taking the next step filing a complaint thru the *** ************************ I finally received my refund. I very strongly recommend others not buy any Shark / Ninja products as this company, in my opinion, is as close to a sham company one can get.Review from Paulette A

When I went to get the warranty on the faulty plug-in, they had me cut the cord and then they tell me after I did that its gonna cost me $25 to ship it to me.And then they tell me that its not in order so its gonna take over a month to get it.Then they tell me they might not have my product so theyll send me whatever is closest to what mine is.I think this company is very cheap and they dont stand behind their product very wellReview from Nancy T

I placed an order for a gift to ship to my daughter. When I inputted her address the city and state self populated and I selected what I thought was *************** but it was actually *************, **. As soon as I realized the error which was minutes I called customer service to correct the shipping address. I was told there was nothing they could do and that I would have to contact *****. Getting an actual person on the line with ***** has been a nightmare and even though Ive called 3 times, Im still having issues with the delivery being sent to the incorrect address. NINJA THIRSTI REVIEW! My first order onto the website as I bought my machine in store. Have been excited to start my subscription with flavors and the 2 canister package option so I don't run out and get the best deal. As expecting delivery yesterday I checked today to find out my canisters delivered back to the origin. Support team did put a new order in but nothing extra. Good customer service to me would of given a discount for a future order or at least expedite my replacement since this is not my fault it delivered back. Now were hoping our flavored package to be delivered this week but not having high hope if my first part of the order didn't deliver correctly. For the money we have spent from the machine and this order I hope it gets better after this, to be happy with my product and subscription. I really think going a little more for customers to be loyal in the future, every company can do something to keep us coming back to them.
