      Shark ninja is a company that ****, I have order and got warranty pitcher for my blender. But rhe are made out of cheap plastic and crack and break, I am trying to make a smoothie and using ice and water and a protien powder. I follow all the directions. No matter what I do the pitcher breaks. I'm done with then and will never order again

      I purchased a multi-function air fryer in 2020. In 2024, I noticed the cord overheating during normal use, so I unplugged the unit immediately and stopped using it out of concern for my safety. In 2025, I received a recall notice via ****** stating that the lid of this model poses fire and burn hazards. To contact SharkNinja for recall and safety information. The recall instructions indicated that if I did not want a replacement lid, I could contact the company via a separate number than replacement lid number for another solution. I did just that: I called customer service and explained the situation. I stated that I do not trust the product, especially after the cord overheating and fire risk notice. I offered to cut the cord and provide proof in exchange for a refund.Instead of being helped, I was passed around between four different departments and spent over an hour on the phone, only to be told that because I purchased the item more than three years ago, and through ****** (a third-party seller), they would not provide any refund or meaningful support.This is a serious product safety issue. I acted responsibly by unplugging and reporting the issue. To now be told that the company will do nothing, despite an active recall and clear evidence of a hazard, is not only unacceptable its irresponsible. A multibillion-****** ***** refusing to stand by their product over a $124 refund is appalling.I now have an unsafe appliance sitting unplugged in my garage that I cannot use, cannot return, and apparently cannot get refunded for.. despite it being under a documented recall for fire hazards.

      Company is practicing deception by advertising and promoting their upright vacuum with other bundled items via a so-called promotion. Email after purchase stated that vacuum and bundled items would come in separate mailings. A second email after purchase stated that part of purchase had been shipped. On the day that the vacuum portion of the shipment arrived, the portion showed that item processing. Spoke the company today and directed to the email and informed of my having received only part of the purchased bundle via their promotion. After an hour on the phone and talking to two different agents, I was told that the email stating that only part of the purchase had been shipped was a generic email and all I had purchased was a vacuum cleaner and a vip warranty. I clearly understood what I was supposed to be purchasing and Shark Ninjas practices is deception and a bait and switch scheme.

      Shark Vacuum. Bought for $400, they don't stock any replacement parts. Finally I saw the parts after looking for over 6 months. I put in an order for the parts, ordering 2 of them, since they are apparently so hard to get. I got an email reply stating that my order is CANCELED and they offer no reason! [We understand that this news may be disappointing. If you still wish to purchase the product or explore similar options, please visit one of our authorized retailers as our team is unable to provide the specific details or override the decision.]What a load of cr*p! The parts (just the dustbin) are UNOBTAINABLE and not stocked anywhere. They can't (won't) make the parts, making my purchase a huge waste of money. Worthless product and even worse excuse for service.

      Terrible product. Bought the 7 in 1 ninja creami about 1.5 years ago. A few months ago the machine started shutting down when the blade hit the bottom of the cup. Has been doing that ever since no matter the consistency of the ice cream. Called customer service. Only offering 30% off of a new creami not including taxes and shipping. I wouldn't buy another ninja product again.

      Their customer service is terrible. I've been waiting for an order for over 30 days, still says pending shipment. I call and they apologize, say they are sending a new one. Still no order comes in. I paid for it but no order. I call again and am told the original representative did not place the order correctly and they need to cancel everything and charge me again. Absolute disaster of customer service. Train your people to do things properly.

      Ninja discontinued my creami with no option for replacement parts so my only option is to buy a new one for $200 and there customer support is horrible to get a hold off and completely useless. Don't get me wrong, the employee tries but it sounds like ninja just off shores it and doesn't try to give them any resources to help resolve customer concerns.

      Tried to purchase shark vacuum from customer service due to issues with a promo code. Bank account was charged and then I received a cancellation of order. Call to find out the issue they said had to be something with the billing. Spoke with a supervisor who resubmitted the order stating thatI would eventually be charged for the first order and then credited back within 10 business days 30 minutes. Received an email with that order being canceled as well. Well be going to the bank tomorrow to see if there is an but there should be no issue on the Banks and because all standards are meaning the account has the balance and the address on the card matchesthe address for the shipment so well find out tomorrow what the problem is by the bank I hope

      Very upset got a ninja slushie for Christmas 2024. This product is over $300 to purchase, and I was so excited to get it. I started using this product on 28 December. Ive probably used it for a total of two weeks. I washed it on the top rack ofthe dishwasher, Ive soaked it and dishwasher, Ive cleaned it with a scrub brush, a bottle brush you name it Ive cleaned this product with . Mold gets in around the base of the vessel and you cant get it out. Ive tried everything to remove it. I called the ninja. Did a video chat with them showed them the mold they acted as if they weregonna help me and had me jump through hoops claiming that this would help get the product cleaned. I called them again after *** tried everyoption of cleaning to clean this vessel and they tell me that the vessel is not under warranty. The ninja machine is, but the vessel isnot its not considered an important part. So the warranty is void when it comes to the vessel. In order to fix the situation they want me to purchase a vessel $35 plus shipping and handling fees not to mention the vessels are out of stock and they dont know when they will be back in stock. Having only use this product for three weeks tops and its not even a month old and to hear that theres nothing no option andthen Im told to purchase another part of this machine is crazy. The vessel is probably one of the major parts of this ninja because youcant use the ninja without the vessel. Ninja refuses to replace the vessel for free, which they should. Its their product that is failed and is considered a health risk with themold buildup that occurs around it. And the spot that its in you cant even get to it. Im sick to my stomach that all this money was spent and yet you will have to spend more and more money just to keep using every time vessel needs replaced. A product fail!

      We purchased a shark robot vacuum 2 years ago for the self-cleaning brushroll. They have now discontinued the brushroll because the model AV970 is 4 years old. They suggested I buy knockoffs from ******. I told customer service the knockoffs barely work (don't self-clean and only last 1-2 weeks in a house of 3 people, no pets) and had no solutions. Do not buy their products and expect longevity.
