I ordered once from whatever works and have been billed monthly for ***** on my credit card. I called to inquire as to why this is happening since I have ordered nothing and received nothing. I was told since I took advantage of a ***** rebate it enrolled me in their rewards program at the cost of I pay them *****. Do not accept anything from this companyReview from MM S

Tried to place an order online (I have been ordering from NorthStyle for at least 10 years, probably more). I entered the entire order, about $400 worth of clothes. Enter my payment information, and get a message stating "WE'RE SORRY BUT WE CANNOT PROCESS YOUR ORDER We have encountered an issue processing your payment. For security purposes your email and IP address have been logged for further investigation. Call our customer service line at ************** for assistance.**************** Code: *******" I have tried for close to an hour to reach someone who can fix this problem. I don't want to place the order with their people, I want the ability to place my orders online. There is no problem with my credit card, I pay it off every month. I was transferred multiple times, supposedly to **************** level 2, but keep getting bounced back to sales people. The phone call center is a joke!Review from Amy P

Let the buyer beware - please be careful if you buy from the Potpourri Group - see the brands below:****************************************************** I have now been added to their VIP list twice which charges you $15.85/month. I did not sign up to be a VIP, did not click on any of their discounts, nor offers for free shipping. I was taken off in May, and just noticed that I am again getting charged. Magellan's Rewards Program is deceptive and hides the monthly charge to be a member. Because I was in the processes of moving I failed to notice the monthly $18.39 charge on my credit card. I would never pay for a rewards program. I have requested a refund. The Better Business Bureau rating is misleading.Review from Debi H.

This catalog company has been harassing me. I placed an order by mail, but they found my e-mail address. I asked them to delete it more than a month ago. They started sending daily e-mails. I unsubscribed multiple times, so they started send 2 or 3 e-mails a day. I called and asked them to delete all my information. Now I get 3 or more e-mails a day. I recommend that everyone avoid giving them any contact information.Review from Doris B.

I ordered a ladies hat for my mother unfortunately she did not like the hat. This company has a return postage label for your return it is $9.99 will be deducted from your original price that you paid so I decided to pay my own postage and send it back but the company has a hidden charge that they will charge you if send it back either way don't trust this company. I see if they have a restocking fee but you will lose out either way returning items from this company. This is unacceptable in AmericaReview from Linda S

NORTHSTYLE COMPLAINT: False advertising .. got text for 20% off, plus website said item was 20% off. BUT only if you spend over $110. Nowhere did it say that in the text. Shipping and handling add-ons are high also. Called and was given the discount after complaining but beware their scams.Review from Burt F

Potpourri sends catalogs to random people, and if you order from them, they automatically put you in their VIP club and start cargo g your credit card $15.95 a month. If there is anything online about this, it must be in very small print. Since my husband pays my credit card bill, this went on for some time before the charges were noticed. Most people just pay their bills without checking the charges and fall prey to this.Review from Linda H

I have tried for 45 minutes to track down a jacket that appeared on one of the cover pages of my most recent email. It does not appear in the following pages and three overseas agents have promised to contact me with ****************** and I keep getting sent back to retail agents. I have a feeling that the jacket pictured is from last year and no longer available. This has happened before and is totally annoying! The picture is a tease. To me it is false advertising!!!
