I placed an order on 28 June 2025. I never received my order. I got a tracking number which shows an unchanged status since 6 July 2025. I reached out to the company several times via email and their contact form. They have not provided any response.Customer Answer

I have received my order after 30 days. The business never responded to me though I reached out many times. I will never order from them again. We ordered curtain parts from Kwik-Hang on February 12, 2025 and our credit card was charged $26.07 on February 13. This was our second order from the company and we really like the products.**** records show that the package was shipped from ************* on February 18 and arrived at our local post office at 3:49 am on February 24. It was marked "Out for Delivery" at 6:10 a.m. that same day and since 9:48 p.m. the status is "Awaiting Delivery." In short, the package appears to have never been delivered and just vanished after it left the post office to be delivered. We have no history of problems with package theft at our house and we were home on February 24 to receive mail and packages.We filed a missing package report with the **** office on or about March 5, 2025 and checked back with the **** office on March 21 in person. We were told that they have categorized the package as lost. **** staff also told us that Kwik Hang insured the package for up to $100 and that only Kwik Hang could make an insurance claim.We have related all of this to Kwik-Hang along with a pdf of the tracking records in emails dated March 13 and March 24, 2025, asking them to reship the order. We have received no reply to either of our emails and cannot find a phone number for the company.We then disputed the charge with our credit card company.Customer Answer

Me: The issue is the middle bracket not the end brackets the end brackets are perfect. They are starting. They are made of quality. The middle brackets that I purchased from your company are the ones that are defective. #1 I am seeking explanation as to why the full amount paid was not refunded upon return as no restocking fee was explained on site. There was over a $20 difference, and I had to pay postage for return shipping.#2 In the 3 orders placed, one bracket was damaged and I could not get a resolution on that either. I ordered 2 certain end brackets. When they arrived and I went to hammer the refund one into place, the tack broke off. I purchased their product in order to hang curtains at a new property. I purchased them on November 23rd for a move on Dec 1st. I paid $83 including $7 shipping. I did not receive the product until December 21st. Almost a month later. I contacted their "customer support" 5 times with little to no response other than "your item shipped". Why did it take almost a month to receive my product. By that time I had already purchased other window dressings. So when I received the product I asked for a refund. They only refunded me $75 and made me pay the $13 to return the product before they would refund my money. They have absolutely NO customer service and they hide behind "we are a family owned company please by nice". What a joke.Initial Complaint

I am a loyal customer of ********************** as this is my 3rd order and I have also referred a friend of mine who has also purchased. I made a purchase on 2/17/23 for 3 curtain rod brackets and 1 center support bracket. Once they arrived, I realized they were the incorrect size, so I followed the instructions to return the items within a couple of business days of receiving the items. I also packaged them back in the original packaging as the company requests. I checked the tracking number, and the package shows delivered on 3/1/23. I have emailed the company twice for a status on my refund over the course of a couple weeks and no one has responded. Their website says theyll respond within two business days which is not true. I only want a refund for my order, as I have already placed/received another order with the correct sizes. Please help!Customer Answer
