      Worst place ever to call for your chimney service. The owner is the rudest person in earth. Run from this company. Would have given negative stars if possible. The outside of our chimney looks horrible and $5,200 were paid for something that looks cheap. Prices are ridiculous. I tried getting into an agreement with **** but he obviously doesn't care about customer satisfaction. I will be uploading pictures soon and the text messages too. Run away

      Im sorry to hear you feel this way. Being a service provider contractor, I know for a fact its impossible to satisfy EVERY customer, no matter how much I tried, and I have bent over backward for some and still do. In this case, its no different.Your HVAC company contacted us in early May 2022 that you needed a liner for the chimney. My office scheduled a date for the technician to go out on 5/16/22 to perform a chim-scan inspection. Cost for inspection was paid in full by your hvac contractor. During inspection, we found the chimney was crumbling at the seams, and lead flashing was all beaten up and had black tar smeared all over it. An estimate was written up and sent to your hvac contractor. Upon agreement, your hvac contractor hired us to do the work. The job was completed in mid July 2022. Your chimney was rebuilt with matching bricks, new liner installed with reconstruct crown, and old lead flashing was ripped out and installed with new lead flashing. This job was done properly and correctly to prevent future water intrusion. Cost for this job was also paid in full by your hvac contractor.I received a call from you the next day expressing your concern about the look of new flashing. Your words I dont like the look of the new flashing. I want it to look like it did before. Mind you before was all beaten up with black tar smeared all over it. But again it was your home so I was willing to work with you as I always do with every one of my customers. I also understand some customers have different taste. This is first time ever I got a complaint over the appearance of flashing.We came up with a possible game plan. I explained to you I could send my guys back to make the flashing look all smeared up again even though it was unnecessary but the job will require setting up roof staging and more materials. This is an all day job with two guys. You didnt want to pay for this job or willing to work with me; therefore I couldnt help you. We were going back and forth for days. You threatened me over and over to come out and fix WHAT WAS NOT BROKEN (in my professional opinion) or you were going to trash me all over the internet and on radio. At this point, no matter what I say or do, you were never going to be happy.We, as contractors, cannot just go out and do free work that does not need to be done just because customers threaten us to post bad reviews. I strive to provide the ultimate customer experience on every job. But obviously it is impossible to please everyone.

      ****, looking back to all of your bad reviews, you seem to have an answer to everything but never a solution to satisfy customer needs. How can many of your customer be wrong? You obviously have a problem. Find help!!I have not seen any constructive or positive respond from you to any of your bad reviews yet. As an entrepreneur you must learn to also accept bad criticism to improve. The world is not against you. You even have bad reviews from some of your previous employees. Counterattack is not the solution.
