Done Right Landscape.Com did a great job on a landscape project at my Melrose home last month (Sept 2021). *****, the manager, responded promptly to my phone inquiry and set up a time to view the project. He sent me an email estimate the next day and within a few days he had a crew at the house getting the job done. The area was de-weeded with removal of soil/stone-->fabric was laid down to prevent weeds and then crushed stone was placed. The landscapers went the extra step of taking some of the clean soil and filling in pot holes behind the garage. *****, the manager, contacted me to inform that he noted the wooden small gate beside my garage to be rotted and that gate did not close/latch. He noted that while they were at the house they could replace post and ensure gate closure and gave estimate of this extra work. My husband and I had ***** from Done Right come out to look at our yard. After speaking to him, I knew we had the right company. ***** has great ideas and is passionate about his work. He will work with your budget, but won't cut corners. He suggested doing our yard in stages, and was not pushy at all. This year we clear out the dead trees, shrubs and vines that were choking other shrubs. Next season he will design and add new landscaping back in. His team is so hard working. Very professional. You know you hired the right guys when a neighbor calls to complement the job they did on your front yard. I first called Done Right just to haul out some yard waste, but ***** was so easy to work with, I asked him to take a shot at the neglected trees and shrubs in the front yard. I'm glad I did. The property looks great now, and he fixed some bad pruning decisions I had made the previous year. Happy neighbors and tenants - thanks *****.

We recently used Done Right landscaping to remove some over grown bushes in front of our home. Once they removed the bushes they put down a beautiful layer of stones along with some bright, beautiful plants. I can't say enough about how wonderful it came out. I am so pleased and happy with ***** and the entire Done Right Landscape crew that did such an amazing job at my home! I called several companies and Done Right were the only ones to return my call. I explained that I needed my front and side yard landscaped and I wanted it done professionally. They came out right way provided me with great landscaping ideas and a fare price. I gave them a deposit to get me in their schedule and shockinglywithin three days they were at my home with several trucks and all the workers. ***** went over and beyond what he said he'd originally do and he even threw in many extras including tree pruning, hedge trimming, and deweeding an area that wasn't on the estimate. Done Right did an amazing job at our house. We had been planning to have our yard done and had gotten several bids , we contacted Done Right Landscaping and met ***** who is the main reason why we finally proceeded with plan .***** discussed his plans and ideas with us and made us feel very comfortable to proceed.He is professional, positive and creative and transformed our yard to a showcase which we are so proud and happy with,.He is dependable follows thorough and returns calls promptly and approachable, resolves issues with ease and his staff is courteous and pleasant and very hard working men who know their craft.it is without reservation we recommend you use this company .We love our backyard it is an unbelievable *************** You Done Right***** and ****
