      I made an order for whole coffee beans on June 3, 2022.Their website states We ship over 90% of orders by the following business day. Orders placed before noon EST are likely to be shipped that same day. We don't ship on weekends, of course, so note that an order placed on Friday may not ship until the following Monday.That is understandable since it was a Friday. I sent a follow up email on Tuesday June 7th. And another on June 8th with no response. I have ordered before and got shipping confirmation same day or next day. But I have gotten nothing this time.

      This customer does not understand we are half staffed and cannot ship fresh roast coffees the next day all the time like we used to. I explained twice to him in email why his order was late. Our roaster broke down and we couldn't get parts for several days. He wanted me to take half off or something. That was really rude and I don't need that... if all my customers were like that in the pandemic I would be out of business. So I refunded him in full and told him he shouldn't order from us again because we would not be able to give him what he wants.

      Better Business Bureau:I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ********. Please add your rejection comments below; if you do not provide any details, your complaint will be closed as Answered. 

      Very rude interaction with the individual responding. No discount was discussed and only request an open line of communication since on the website it states " Shipping Times - We ship over 90% of orders by the following business day. Orders placed before noon EST are likely to be shipped that same day. We don't ship on weekends, of course, so note that an order placed on Friday may not ship until the following Monday.". When shipment was going over a week with zero response or update that is poor communication. I only received an email due to a review. If delays will happen please update customers. No update has been made yet on when future shipments will happen or if the machine will be fix soon.

      Businesses and Customers should be civil, courteous and polite in their responses to complaints. It is important to remain professional and productive when participating in the BBB complaint process.
