      I brought by Hyundai Sonato to the dealership to have a paint job completed that was under warranty. While they had possession of my car, the steering column molding (silver plastic piece) was damaged. They acknowledged the issue and I was told they would contact me about a resolution. It has been almost two months since the paint job was initiated. I have called multiple times, sent emails, left voicemails and have yet to speak to anyone who could provide me with an update. The communication from both Pride Hyundai and Pride ***** has been non existent. I have either purchased or leased three cars from here and I will be looking elsewhere for my next car.

      Pride Hunday has ***************************** Today is 6/21/23 At this moment my car a 2022 Tucson Has been sitting there since April 2023 . It has been almost 3 months. They keep saying that it has a sensor issue that needs to be reviewed by the Hyundai inspector. I still have to keep doing the monthly payments for a car that I do not have, otherwise, I get into default. Nobody is getting the car fixed. Sales are trying to get me out of the lease but is not working because Hyundai Finance did not approve it. So results I am stuck with a small rental car. for 3 months already, paying for a Tucson 2022 that is sitting on a lot. The service department has not communicated at all with me. I am trying to reach out to the owner and they do not let me talk to her. in person or on the phone to resolve the issue. I do not know what else to do .

      Pride Hyundai has the WORST service department I have ever dealt with, My car has been sitting there since 6-1-23 with NO return call. There is a known issue with with the Knock Sensor module with now a huge class action lawsuit. My 2018 Hyundai Tuscon has been there 3 times for the same P1326 Engine code issue and the charge me each time for "diagnostics" when in reality the know the engine/knock sensor needs to be replaced. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I have now had to contact the Hyundai complaint website because Pride Hyundai will not return my calls. They are inundated with cars that have the same issue and they are not equipped to deal with the problem.

      Poor service department no communication skills trying to sell us wipers when not needed were suppose to order tires for daughter and never did when we got there they said they would call ******** tires to get tires a **** am appt turned into an all day affair for 4 tires if tires were there they should have communicated that to her. Wouldn't go there again that was the second appt. When you try to call them about your car no one calls you back

      0 stars! It's been over 3 months of dealing with ****** O'***** about the paperwork I need to get the gap insurance guys to cover my car. They have the WORSE costumer service and keep on dismissing you. Not I am in collections over something that it could have been resolved.

      WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! In June I was driving my personal vehicle to ************* when I broke down in *******, **. My vehicle was towed to Pride Hyundai of Lynn. Ever since the car had arrived to the dealership it has been a night mare. I was not given any information about the car for almost over two months. It took me driving out there to get any information on the vehicle. It the middle of August I was told that my car was in need of a new engine and that they were going to order one. I was promised that I would have my car by the middle of October. I have called multiple time and have been told that there is not recent updates and that I they were unsure of when I was going to get an engine. I am tired of reaching out to these people. They have the worst customer service I have ever witnessed, and can't keep their promise. I have now been out of a car for almost 6 months with no end insight. I have spent close to $1,200-1,500 a month just to be able to have a rental car to get to work. I want this resolved and hope that I can get some answers. This should not have taken this long and I need my car. No one should waste their time going to Pride Hyundai of Lynn, not worth the headache!

      This place kept guessing what was wrong with me car. Had me come out and get it. Promisede a detailed car after missing many due dates *** the car wasnt cleaned at all. Liars. Brought it back and they could figure it out. Told me that they needed one more day after weeks of waiting. Guys comes back after 3 days with a solution after days of me ******* them for answer. This place kept my car passed warrenty, tried their best to get me to pay for things without that warranty. Could never get it till they made this story about a converter that had gone bad. Wich I don't believe is whats actually causing the problems and if it was it would still be under warrenty even though they held it, did nothing for weeks except dogde my calls and then make up excuses as to why i would need to pay for past warranty. I was told at one point that i would need to take it up with ********* vehicles to see if they would honor it even though they still had it.The next day i get a v/m telling me that since I put gas in it that wasnt from a big name it was dirty and my fault. Warranty voided. Stay clear of this place. Or have a good lawyer.

      My Car Has been at this dealer for over 2 months waiting for an engine replacement due to a manufactureres defect. I bought my car from this lot brand new with 7 miles on it, and at ***** miles the engine needs to be replaced. I would warn anyone who is looking for a new car to steer clear of Pride Hyundai. They claim they have no resources to help their customers. But instead will try and make money off of you in a bad situation, their offer was to trade my car in for a used or new vehicle, or pay $1200 a month for a rental.

      My 2013 Hyundai Sonata was purchased used back in Dec 2020 from another dealership. Since then starting around February 2022 the engine started seizing up and dying while driving. Brought it to my mechanic and he informed me there was a recall on the engine. I set up an appt with Hyundai Corporate. They helped me get an appt with Pride Hyundai in ****. Took a month before I could drop it off. On April 18th we dropped the car off and service consultant told us it would be a few days before they would be able to look at it. Well its been almost 2 months now and the one time I was able to speak to him twice said that my car was about 7th car inline and then 4 weeks later it was 3rd in line to be looked at. All they say is they are short staffed. There has been no communication. I tried emailing the business manager and she apologized and reached out to the service department to call me back but never happened. I reached out to her again and she apologized again and made sure that someone called me back. He finally did but thats when he mentioned that the car still has not been looked at. I keep leaving messages when the mailbox isnt full and still not a response. I have no idea what to do at this point. I never have ever seen such bad business practices in my life. I can understand being short staffed these days but in 2 months they couldnt call me back to give me any updates??? ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I WOULD NOT GIVE ANY STARS TO THIS PLACE.

      This dealership is the worse one I have dealt with. My daughter bought a car in April, and as of today June 10, 2022 she had driven it for 6 days. The fact that repairs need to be made is not the problem but their lack of communications and following through with promises. The first time the car was brought in for repairs, no one contacted my daughter to let her know about the car and at that point the Sales Manager stated that they would pick up her first car payment. The car was repaired and driven for 15 miles and the check engine light came on again. The car was brought back and repaired, and as usual communications about the repairs were never made until it was ready for pick up about 5 days later. The car was picked up and driven 10 miles and again the check engine light came on and the car was returned to the dealership. It has been 4 weeks, no communications were made about the status. I made it a point to go back and check on the status and ask about the car payment she was promised. Was told that the check would be mailed out and then I spoke to the service department about the car. Was told that one more part was expected on Wednesday morning 06/08/22 and that the car should be repaired by Friday morning 06/10/22 at the latest. I gave them my cell number to let us know the status. Here it is 3pm on 06/10/22 and still no communication at all. Stay away from this dealership, there are much better ones around that actually care for their customers.
