I placed a large order in **. The manager was extremely helpful, cordial and professional. They gave me an excellent price, the quality was phenomenal. My order came within a week. No competition elsewhere. Super convenient. As a contractor you need fast and efficient service. I am soon ready to place my second order.

Short and to the point. Quick shipment, delivery communication. Product was damaged, Faceables was very easy to contact, great responsiveness to shipping damage. They sent me another shipment to cover damaged product and even added a box just to be safe. Excellent customer service and great communication. You dont find many companies providing this level of service to their customers much any more. Great experience, they walked me through the entire process! Delivery was timely and the merchandise arrived just as they said. I highly recommend this company if you plan on doing a brick facing in or outside of your home. I am not a professional, and was leery of taking on my project, brick facing an archway in my home, it was a lot of work, and sometimes not easy, but I took it step by step, did some research to guide me and found the technic of applying the bricks became easier as the project progressed. All of our Friends are amazed, and my Wife and I are so happy with our BIG brick archway!!!Faceables Decorative Brick & Stone Coverings, LLC Response

I wish I could add a pic! My project turned out great! I called with some questions on a Saturday. They werent currently available but someone called me right back and helped answer all of my question. He also helped me figure out how much I needed through text message. With any company customer service is a top necessity that is often sadly overlooked.This company however goes that extra mile to ensure satisfaction.They even returned emails after hours and on weekends.Have no hesitation purchasing from them.
