I was in a particular situation the required that I retain a Massachusetts attorney to transfer the Mass Conservatorship for my sister to Connecticut. Attorney Roberts researched all the procedures that were required and started and completed everything in a professional and timely matter. Thanks to his prompt attention to detail the transfer was completed without any issues.Review from Wayne S

During a very difficult time in my life when my Father passed away and my mother had severe Alzheimers and needed nursing home care, Attorney Roberts showed compassion in navigating the Medicaid rules to help pay for my moms much needed care. My Parents had done some advance planning and we were able to keep a large percentage of the closing proceeds when we sold the house. Attorney Roberts again came up with a way to set aside the remaining proceeds in a Pooled Trust account to take care of all my moms supplemental needs. Without his help and support we would have lost what my parents worked so hard to earn and my mother would not have gotten the care she was able to receive. I will always be thankful for the work Attorney Roberts did.Review from Gary R

I came to this attorney for estate planning advice and I found him to be arrogant and evasive. He sidestepped very direct questions, during a time when direct answers were needed. Its disappointing to pay someone a hefty fee, and not feel like they added any value.Instead of starting from the basic position of asking his clients what theyd like to address, he comes at it with what hed like to address, and drives the conversation with his own agenda. Pompous, expensive, unhelpful.
