I purchased the Easy Eddy Paddleboard on 8/1/2022. Prior to the purchase, I was able to easily able to connect with someone for questions and made the purchase with a 2 year warranty. I used the board during Aug and Sep of 2022 only, and during my first use this summer found water collecting the front piece. I left messages with the company on 6/21 and 6/26 and sent an email on 6/23; I have not received a response. When doing some research on the company, I am seeing many others post about the company not returning calls or responding to communications. As a 2 year warranty was part of the purchase, I would like for the company to honor the warranty and reach out in regards to next steps to repair the product. If the warranty cannot be honored I would like a full refund as I am having issues getting the board serviced. To be clear, I do like the product and would prefer to have the warranty honored rather than a refund (although if the product cannot be serviced it is of no use so I have no option but to request the refund).
