We received service from Domination Plumbing and heating in January and February of 2022. The techs that were scheduled to show at our house were late, did not show at the time they said they would, and canceled at the last minute. This is crucial because my husband and I no longer work from home, therefore took days off from work with the intention of them showing up, and they did not! The project, which was to move our heating and plumbing pipes from our existing chimney to instead vent outside to the side of our house, took about 6 visits to complete. SIX! This was a project that should have taken a day or two. They ordered the wrong parts the first time too! We asked them to pull a permit for this work, which they did do.. however, they FAILED the inspection the first time. They had a tech come a day later to RE-DO all the work they spent 6 visits completing. They passed inspection after the second time. Fast forward two weeks, we now have no plumbing or hot water.. This happened out of no where, my house temperature it currently at 52 degrees and it is 20 degrees outside. We did pay this plumber, DOM, the full amount that was originally asked for, since it did pass inspection. Today, two weeks after work was completed, we called Domination plumbing to discuss this current - no heat/hot water issue- and he has not answered our call or returned the call. When we finally did get a call back from Dom, he said this was not a good time to talk as he was at the dentist...
