      We purchased a cleaning device in the amount of $2700 In December 2023. In January 2024, we requested the item be returned as we were no longer interested. The company came and picked this up. They are refusing to credit us the amount of this machine, and the management team is refusing to call us back. The item is with a finance company, and they refuse to remove the item until hills home market tells them to. They have tried to reach hills home market themselves but they are not cooperating. I am trying to see if the BBB can help prior to legal action.

      We had signed up for 6 mos of food saying that food prices would go up but our price that we locked in with would stay the same which it didnt. We got 2 air purifiers promised to get filters every 6 mos and havent received any. The icing on the cake was never told the freezer would cost $8000 by the time I paid 15 % interest which we were never told. This company is a scam.

      We have received two deliveries from Hills Home Market. We are happy with the meats but everything else has been a scam. We agreed to purchase the cookware and knife set as it somehow 'saved us money' on the monthly payment. The knives are good but the cookware is GOD AWFUL. We told them immediately we hated the cookware but they told us we were using it wrong??? and there was nothing they could do. Then we get a letter in the mail a year after joining hills letting us know the knives and cookware were financed and we now have a loan with interest for over $10,000??? For cookware and knives?? This was never explained to us. We would have never signed up for financing for this. This business is very shady and a complete scam. Icing on the cake is our salesman, ****, always called me back previously as soon as possible every time I called him. But when I called about this....crickets.....haven't heard a word. We absolutely DO NOT want to finance anything. We will give you back the cookware and knives and buy better ones for way less than $10000. We will cancel everything all together even though we do very much love the meat. We need this loan removed immediately!

      I had a representative from the company come to my house to present us with a meat purchasing program. We were convinced to rent to purchase a standup freezer based on the monthly charge that would then decrease the food purchasing price. The purchase price of the freezer was never clearly stated, it was the monthly charge that was stated. The numbers were presented in a way that made it very confusing. The length of term was never clearly stated either. We were told two years its apparently three years. After having the program for a few months, the actual price of the freezer became clear and it is extremely high. I have spoken to the sales rep and the customer service manager about this with no resolution. Im told Im out of luck and remedying this situation. I have tried numerous times to reach management at the corporate office regarding this. No one has returned my calls. We definitely feel we got scammed into purchasing this program and would never pay the price for the freezer had they told us. we did not even receive copies of the finance paperwork upon completion when we requested them. We were told they be mailed to us, and we have never received.

      On January of 2022 I set up an appointment. They came to my house explained the detail, asked about our food spending. WE sat for 2 hours with him. At the end, he offered a monthly price for groceries, but explained to get the best price, we need to be supplied a freezer through them for storage. He did not mention word purchase and that the monthly cost was with us being supplied their freezer. My husband asked what happens to the freezer if we decide not to continue service? He says you would keep it, as long as you stay for 1 year. In our minds, we are paying on a freezer for a year, that makes sense we keep it as it covers the cost. A couple of grand? He then says we qualify for their additional service air purifying system. I said, no as we already have one. HE states, it would be at no additional cost. I signed the papers and we begin receiving the food. In October my freezer stops working and all meat defrosts. I call and the man very unprofessionally and accusatory states under warranty they can replace the food but need an email with all the product. Three weeks later, they deliver the replacement after many calls and very rude customer service. I tell them due to this service, at the next order I would not contine. On January 2023, they call for the next order and I again tell the situation and how i want to cancel and ask for their items to be picked up. The man says you own that and will continue payments. I asked to speak to leadership. He said call back during business hours (it was a Friday). I called for 2 days and finally get a call back. I explained my situation. The man starts laughing so loudly and abruptly that I couldnt speak. I learn that the air purifier and the freezer, I will be paying a remainder balance of 5K! In total the both was $6200 at a 48-month term. He explained it was on my receipt (which was hand written number, illegible) and on a 2nd receipt (which I have no copy of until he emailed me the number 48 is circled.

      Hello, I received a call from the arbitrator who was going to touch base with the company with my concerns and ask and they would return my call. It has been 1 week and no update.
