************** Yansmith was a knowledgeable, well trained professional. His preventive maintenance on our heating/cooling system exemplified the consistent quality of work we have experienced from Nicholson.

Nicholson installed a furnace and central air conditioner in my home. Here is a list of the problems with the system Nicholson installed that I corrected by myself:* Two of the thermostats were wired to control the wrong zones on the zone controller * One of the zone dampers was wired incorrectly so that it could not close * *** humidifier was wired incorrectly, and only turned on when the third zone was on instead of when the furnace was on * *** zone controller was improperly configured so that the furnace and air conditioner could not switch into stage 2 when needed (this was a huge problem because the system could not supply enough heat in winter or enough cooling in summer).* *** system was unable to supply enough airflow to the second floor of my house *** system is unable to maintain the temperature and humidity in my house at a comfortable temperature. A Nicholson employee visited my house and said he suspected the system is too small for the house. He promised to check on something back at the office and let me know what he learned. I never heard from him again. Every time I tried to follow up with him, I was told he was unreachable because he was in the field. I called Nicholson repeatedly for help. ***y often didnt return my calls. A couple of times they sent technicians out who offered various reasons for why the system wasnt providing enough cooling, but they never succeeded in fixing the problem. Desperate for help, I contacted other HVAC contractors, all of whom agreed the system is too small.

Excellent service- we had an emergency was taken care of as quickly as possible. Reasonably price, efficient, and pleasant!

Outstanding company with outstanding customer service! I have owned approximately 8 houses between MA and FL and this is, by far, the best company I have ever dealt with. We bought a townhouse during the winter and were unable to test the a/c system. The spring was cool with no thought to a/c when all of a sudden it was hot and our a/c was not working. I'm disabled and I'm unable to tolerate the heat due to medical issues. Upon the recommendation of a good friend who had used this company, I called Nicholson late in the week and late in the afternoon and explained the situation in June of 2022. The Sales ******** ***** was here at 8am the next morning and in about a week, we had a new a/c and furnace installed! The installers, ***** and ******, were fabulous and such hard workers on a Saturday at that!! They were kind, courteous, professional, neat and went out of their way! The basement was left cleaner than it was found! I have no hesitation in recommending this company!
