I placed an order on January 26. My order was to be delivered to my daughter on January 31. I received an email confirming my order. Since then I have followed up with the company via email and phone calls for the last five days. No one in customer service will tell me the status of my order that was to be a Valentine's *** gift. The people I have spoken to have been rude and have no interest in correcting the situation. Their answer is to keep watching your email for shipping information. My order number is WG ***** *****. I have never dealt with a company such as this and hope I never have to again in the future. Deceptive advertising at the very least.Customer response

I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. The order was eventually shipped eight days after the promised delivery date. I was ready to cancel the entire order. I expected a full refund to be compensated for their lack of customer service. No one I spoke with over the course of four days cared one bit about the situation. I would never recommend this company to anyone.Business response

For your inconvenience we have issued a full credit for your order. Refund of shipping for $10.00 was issued on Feb 7th. The remaining amount of $58.55 will appear on your credit card within 48 hours.
